Avalon Apartments

I have been living at the Avalon for 6 years! So that must mean that the managers have been doing something right to keep me living here! Although there might be kids playing around this isn’t a senior facility & if you can’t deal with screaming then lock yourself in a hotel! Plain and simple! The manager is always on top of having the pool and plants clean! & if there is dog poop that isn’t the managers job it’s the people that have the dogs that should be picking up! But like I said I’ve never stepped on it or came across so I wouldn’t know, maybe that particular person had bad luck just as he’s saying that the balls are being kicked to his patio? I live close by to the grass & pool & never had an issue! & about Mexicans! Maybe you are just playing the racist card because I’m Chinese & I have my children playing around. & for the music being loud i never hear anyone out in the pool past 9 or music being loud or party’s going on because this is by hands down peaceful! To put it out there the neighbors and everyone is so sweet as well the maintenance man and manager! 1 negative comment shouldn’t stop you from checking out this place!
