Castilian & Cordova Apartment Homes

I live in these apartments. The on site management team is terrible, aside from the property manager everyone else in their office has no idea what’s going on and how to effectively communicate with eachother and residents. Upon visiting the property we asked several questions regarding the parking, noise and so on. All of which we were told was fine without any issues. However after signing the lease we soon found out that we were completely misled by the assistant manager who walked us through the leasing process. When we confronted her she denied ever telling us anything on the contrary. Also we moved in at the middle of the month. We signed a document that told us what the prorated rent would be for the following month. My roommate, both realizing that the number was low, asked several times to make sure that the number on the document was accurate. So we signed it with confidence from the manager that it was correct. Two days before the rent was due the same paper with a different amount was posted to our door, and when we inquired about the change our signed document was mysteriously missing from our file. People park in our parking spot all the time and the management team never responds to our calls and messages asking them to fix the problem. Within the first 2 weeks of living here we were so dissatisfied with the apartment and are currently seeking ways to get out of our lease because of their inability to provide use with the quality management that western management company aims to provide and achieve. If you’re considering moving here– turn back and go somewhere else.

Clean place. Came to visit a friend. I’d live here. It’s got a nice layout plan. Some parking and pretty clean. I think the pool area was really big. I think I would love here if I was closer to that area.
