Went searching for bubble tea in the area and this was the only result that came up on Unilocal,so we gave it a try. Big mistake. I ordered a honeydew tea and my husband ordered a Malaysian White Coffee. The honeydew flavor was so sweet it wasn’t edible and the tapioca balls were shriveled and dry. My husband’s coffee was ok, your run of the mill iced coffee flavor, but same problem with the tapioca balls. That was a waste of eight bucks. I would consider going back to try the food based on other reviews, but if you’re looking for bubble tea run the other way.

Was craving some Thai food and read the reviews about this one and so judging by the 4 stars me and my mom tried it out. Walked in all seemed good. Ordered the chicken phở, springs rolls and Thai tea & the food was delivered right away. Tried the Thai tea which was VERY sweet made me wish they had brought water to the table. The phở had NO flavor ATALL. We practically drowned the phở with every spice available at the table along with half the salt shaker. We were nit happy with it at all. However the spring rolls were very delicious along with the peanut sauce. I don’t think we will be coming back.

I decided to try this place out with my S.O. based on a recommendation from a friend. Grease… grease…grease!!! The both of us didn’t enjoy any of it. I had a stomachache for two days after eating their food.

My favorite restaurant. The owners treat you like family and I have yet to be disappointed by anything they serve. I recommend the chicken Pad Kee Mao and the chicken spring rolls

Wow. Seriously good food. My 10-year old had the Shrimp-fried rice, and I had the Shrimp Spring Rolls and the Beef Tenderloin and Meatball Phở. Absolutely delicious flavors, authentic food, at a fair price. I found this place on Unilocal, and often travel back and forth from Northern to Southern California. This place will be a regular place to stop when I stay in Turlock.

Bomb. I love this place. Good pad Thai, excellent squid, and yummy tofu. I miss this Thai place in long beach, and although this place isn’t the same, it definitely comes close. Way better than any Chinese or noodle place in turlock. Noodles are light and low in msg. Also, good Boba drink!

Came to try out the phở here, it was ok not to bad. I don’t think it’s one of their go to meals, hope you understand what I mean. The spring rolls were great, and all the other food smelled delicious. I will be back to try out the other food they serve cuz I feel it’s not a great way to judge a place off of one dish. So until then this is all I can say about this place. Thanks for ready and happy eating!

Food was pretty good, chow mein lacked a bit of taste to my liking but after putting hot sauce it was perfect. I will be coming here again.

The food is really good. I always have the beef chow fun and it is soooooo good. Service is prompt and friendly. If you want authentic Chinese food, chong’s is the place to go. The place does not look like much, but don’t let that fool you.

I was really in the mood for some fried won tons. The server asked me if I wanted the cream cheese won tons(Americanized Chinese food). Nope, just regular fried won tons please. It was served searing hot and crispy. But I noticed the won ton skins were not folded over into a triangle, they were flat. More importantly, there was no little ball of meat inside. It was not worth $ 3.95. The Pad Thai I ordered was a whole lot better. I liked mixing all the items on top into the noodles to make a delicious mess before digging in. The chicken was pretty good. The portion size was generous, and I wasn’t sure I could eat it all after the appetizer. But I managed to polish it all off without a problem. As always the service was very good and the people working there are very nice. I just won’t order the fried won tons again.

I always have lunch here with my children when I am around Turlock. I love their food, especially the Thai Red Curry and their Boba tea’s. The owner is very kind and the restaurant is always clean. My daughter loves their noodle soup and if you have any left overs, they will make sure to give you a container so you can take it home. The taste of their Thai food is authentic and the food is always fresh. Service is quick and fast. We always look forward to our visit at Chong’s Cuisine!

Food is still as great; you can’t beat a restaurant that serves multiple dishes! But, this review is for their boba drinks. The other day I finally decided to try their Thai tea boba drink, which they only have in one size that may be compared to as a large. The amount of the drink is generous, but the tapioca pearls are not, and the texture is more firm and chewy than compared to other boba places. Also, their Thai tea is EXTREMELY sweet, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering that drink again unless I’m really desperate during the summer.

This place gets 4 stars only cause I asked for no bean sprouts(I’m allergic) in my spring rolls, but it came with them. I had taken two bites before I realized. Next thing I felt was my mouth going numb and cheeks starting to swell. Luckily, I carry allergy medicine and an epipen with me most of the time.(Now I have to get a new one T-T) The workers were really apologetic and brought out another set of spring rolls(on the house). Service was friendly and on point. Food portions very generous and reasonably priced. From the menu there are several selections to choose from pad Thai to a rice plate mixed with prawns to literally the best phở you can find in Turlock. Overall I enjoyed the atmosphere and will definitely come back.

By far my favorite Chinese resturant in Turlock. Great food served by a family run super friendly staff. The shrimp with black bean sauce and the salted fished are outstanding. They serve both Chinese and Thai, but the Chinese is so good I’ve never tried the Thai. I’ve seen plenty of other people try it, so it must be good too!
