Ordered delivery. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes when I was told 30 to 45 minutes. This alone is absolutely horrible. But at 1 hour 30 minutes I called to cancel the order. I was then told that they would not refund my purchase. Are you serious??? I ordered at 6:40 P.M. and it arrived at 8:55 P.M. The food was slightly warm. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery.
