I haven’t been to a macys in awhile so have they all have been neglected or just this one. It’s the store time forgot. It’s certainly not the semi upscale store of days past.
Oh and don’t use the bathroom. Hold it until you can use the mall one. Yeah, I just recommended a mall bathroom. That just happened.

Macy’s have a lot of stuff but I found myself not enjoying the staffs welcome. Might of been a exhausting day for them so I decided to just take away one star but a positive review. :)

Your basic department store with all the usual departments: women, men, juniors and kids clothing, shoes and accessories plus bed, bath, and for the home items. They also have a furniture section.
I’ve mostly frequented their beauty department as they carry Clinique and the ladies there are extremely helpful. Once, I visited the booth at Dillard’s first and they were out of the product I was looking for so I decided to check the Macy’s one. They didn’t have it in stock either but the employee, I believe her name was Monica, quickly offered to order it for me and ship it to my house (without having to pay for shopping!). I had no idea they could do that but I thought it was very convenient. So I paid for the item and received it two days later.
There’s a nice-​dressed gentleman in the shoe department that is also very helpful in deciding which pair to buy. Always trust a guy with good taste!
