Over the years I have spent a lot of money at the Buckle. I really like the selection of clothing they have. Their prices are a little high but the clothes I’ve purchased here have always lasted a long time. I have always got great service at the Buckle, whenever I go here I’m always greeted and someone always asks if they can help me.

What can I say about the Buckle. Well I LOVE their selection of clothes, accessories, and shoes. Prices are a little on the steep side but… the clothes are good quality so I feel like you are saving money in the long run. Now on to the people that work there — AHH! I try to shop at the Buckle at Promanade Mall then the Buckle at Woodland Hills Mall. The girls the work at the one in Woodland Hills mall are rude, super pushy right when you walk in,(When I say I am just looking for now don’t ask me 3 minutes later what am I looking for again) And when I do need help with finding a size in a specific style or help period. Hm WEIRD! No one to be found. Much rather go to the one at Promanade for sure, the associates are much nicer and a very helpful.

I have purchased many items from The Buckle over the years, because let’s face it, they sell the best denim. However, their sales staff are the most pushy, rude, and arrogant of any establishment I’ve ever been in. They hound you like you’re shoplifting from the precise moment you walk into the store. I would have given them 2 stars, but a recent online order of 2 pairs of jeans and 3 shirts was a terrible experience. The items weren’t delivered on the date I was quoted, 1 pair of jeans had a pocket coming unstitched, the other had a button fall off, and 1 of the shirts had the chest pocket coming unstitched. This was all coming directly out of the box!!! Absolutely horrible means of conducting business.
