Our gas furnace stopped working and I had no idea who to call. I tried The Unilocal app and found Balance Point. I called and told James the problem and he came to the house later in the afternoon. I assumed that our 20 year old furnace would need to be replaced but he found the problem quickly and was able to get it working until he came the next day and replaced two parts. We have hard to find filters and he even came the day after that and brought us a new filter! I would call Balance Point again in a heartbeat. Quick service and very knowledgeable.

James is fantastic! He has repaired or replaced a few hot water heaters for me now but he can do it all and is so knowledgeable and his expertise goes beyond just heating and air conditioning. I also had James install a ductless heat pump for me this last spring and I am seeing the savings in my PUD bill already. Do not hesitate to call him!

Balance Pont Services is one of the best, James the owner knows his stuff. I had called a plumber who had changed out water heaters for me before and said this rental was above his pay grade and referred me to James! I just needed to replace the water heater, but being this home is over 100 years old, a lot of the plumbing was really funky.
James did an absolute phenomenal job and I would be happy to highly recommend James for any job. The tenant were thrilled to have HOT water. He also pointed out other problems with the home and took care of the issues.
