Ultimate Chem-Dry

I was scheduled for 12pm-​2pm window for carpet cleaning and that someone would call me when they were on the way. No one called me or showed up. At 2pm, I called the receptionist, and she said I was scheduled for 2pm-​4pm. I told her that I was expecting someone by 2pm, but I have to leave now since no one showed up. She called back a couple of minutes later saying that the carpet cleaner was already there. I told her if that was so, then if he could wait 30 minutes and my husband would be home then. When my husband came home at 2:30pm, no one was there. No one bothered to call us for any updates. My husband called the receptionist a couple of hours later and she said that the carpet cleaner was scheduled to clean at his place, but he went somewhere else and if my husband wanted to wait another 30 minutes or reschedule. We declined with rescheduling because we did not want to go through with this again. This place is not organized in scheduling carpet cleaning. I would not recommend using this service.

I was scheduled for a two hour window, from 2 – 4. I get a call at 3:45pm stating the carpet cleaner will not be at the property until 5:30pm because he got held up with another cleaning. This was very inconvenient for me as I had to drive from a far distance. On top of that, the carpet cleaner left huge boot prints on the kitchen floor! The move-​in walk thru with the new tenant was very embarrassing. The unit had just been professionally cleaned earlier in the day. Very unprofessional to work with, not reliable and no cleanliness or respect for the property. Go elsewhere, it’s your best bet!

Still haven’t heard back and lost my cleaning deposit for the carpets of 100 dollars. The owners rented a machine on their own and cleaned 5sqft and the picture is what they got up after your services. I feel a refund is in order and I will happily take down both reviews.

Anthony and Jacob were super great. I am moving and knew that my kitty trashed my carpet, and wanted to get things nicely cleaned up, affordably. Ultimate Chem-​Dry was a pleasure to schedule with, the tech folks were super friendly and professional, and the carpets in my apartment look better than when I moved in. Got my deposit back! They also cleaned up my couch. Highly recommend this place for price, service, and environmental friendliness.

Service was thorough with friendly techs! I have a dog and they got rid of some pet stains on the carpet. Overall I felt satisfied with the service for the price. Jason was great!

I used this company to clean the carpet in the new studio I was moving into, which was pretty gross after the last tenant (and his cats). The customer service over the phone and in person was great, the work was thorough, and the price was quite a bit less than several other companies I looked at.
I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to freshen up their carpet.

Very nice company, they cleaned our carpet and stairs. And couch and rug. Price was fair and very clean. Kind and did a very careful job. Will use them next time again.
