We had excellent customer service when we went to have a car fob checked out. I wish I could remember the name of the man who assisted us but he was very kind and did everything he could to help. We weren’t able to get it to work because it was an issue with the computer chip but he didn’t charge us. I would definitely recommend them.

The assholes wouldn’t fix my phone today because they said I didn’t have the right parts but then I went home and fixed the screen and digitizer myself and am writing this review from that phone, they lied to my face lazy fucks

The battery I got from them for my iPhone 5 had 250 charge cycles(that means it’s been charged and drained 250 times) on it and it’s not apple original batteries. The batteries are very poor quality. They are not OEM batteries and yet they charge $ 80. The phone will shutdown at ~ 20%. Long story short if you need a new battery GOTOTHEAPPLESTORE.

Today I had probably the worst customer service experience ever. I walked into the store and Tony was helping another customer. I was going to get a cell phone charger cord. As I walked toward the back of the store there was a mop bucket in the middle of the floor. I honestly didn’t think anything of it and walked around the bucket. Tony basically spoke to me extremely condescendingly: I just waxed the floor over there! Me thinking that he is just warning me to be careful on the floor continues walking to mobile charging wall. He speaks louder, «I JUST mopped the floor over there». He then says«over here! over here!» as if talking to a child. He then says«didn’t you see the mop bucket blocking that section?» I replied saying«I don’t appreciate the way you are talking me as a customer.» He then told me «well you’re welcome to leave.» It was quite unbelievable but I continued looking at the cords. When he finished with customer, he then asked if he could help me with something… I replied in the rudest tone possible, no but you can ring me up for this. He then says actually I’m not going to sell you anything because you are being disrespectful to me. I thought seriously and asked if there was a manager. I also explained that he was extremely rude in the way he spoke to me when I arrived and that it was not clear that the bucket was blocking the section. By the way, there was another section that was actually roped off. We went back and forth and he eventually apologized. When he checked me out he apologized again and said that with SeaTac being right up the hill a lot of people come in and don’t understand his English so he exaggerates his words. Huh? I normally would’ve just left and purchased the cord elsewhere but I really needed it at that moment because my cell phone was dead and I was meeting friend for dinner. First time in battery plus and probably last time because of that employee, Tony.

I brought in a $ 300 power pack used in case of emergencies that was left unplugged. Not only did they help me find a battery I couldn’t find online, they also changed it out too! I looked all over the internet only to find forums filled with people not being able to figure out how to open the case(had maybe 20 screws and 3 pieces, not including non-essential pieces). Very professional and helpful to myself and all the customers who came in. Didn’t think I’d every write a review about a battery store, but I was impressed by their customer service.

UPDATE: While the employee on site was not helpful, the owner later reached out to myself and said he would like to make things right. Two weeks later I have a check for my watch repair. While my original in store experience was not pleasant I am glad there are business owners still dedicated to doing the right thing. I originally left a one star review, however, I later modified it due to the refreshing experience with the owner. Their watch replacement service is reasonably priced. However personally, to simply avoid this in the future I will take only digital watches to a batteries plus. I am thinking my experience is the exception to the norm, and most replacements go as expected. ORIGINAL: I brought two watches to replace batteries(Bulova and Swiss). I previously purchased lifetime replacement on one. The employee says they can’t do Bulova bc they are too expensive, OK fine no big deal. after replacing my swiss watch battery the employee says the second hand isn’t ticking but its still keeping time maybe dust in the second hand. In my swiss watch the second hand moves in increments of 5 when the battery is dying. He said he should have looked to see if it was ticking when he changed it, but he didn’t. I am 100% positive my watch was ticking prior to him replacing the battery. He proceeds to check me out, free bc the lifetime deal. I notice the minute hand hasn’t moved in over 5 minutes. I call shenanigans he grabs another battery still nothing. He then says a jeweler can fix it. I say OK just write me a check. He implies it was somehow my fault the watch stopped by saying it smelled like fish and I must have taken it fishing… I don’t fish and I wouldn’t wear that watching if I did. either way poor experience with this location. now I go to fast fix which employs actual jewelers. The jeweler confirmed there was a dent in the coil 99% sure caused by the batteries plus employee. DONOT go here for watch batteries.

I wondered how a place that was a battery store could stay afloat? Fry’s, Staples, Office Depot etc. could not help us, or wanted to find the battery we needed. The gentleman on the phone was more than helpful and had the product we needed INSTOCK??? He also explained the problem we were experiencing was caused by something else. Yes we bought something other than the battery, but no other store even inquired into our dilemma. I need to thank the boys at FRY’S for sending me to a store that wanted my business!

I found out about this store through my roommate as she requested I pick up a battery for her that was being charged or repaired. It was relatively easy to find. I was greeted by friendly staff who promptly brought the battery I was sent to pick up. The store was small, clean, and easy to maneuver. Apparently, they service and sell many types of batteries(kind of like Radio Shack of yesteryear).
