Pro’s · Owners is friendly · Great products · knowledgeable · have products Apple doesn’t · Convenient hours(mall hours) · More items(not necessarily more inventory) Con’s Small location Still a little pricey on some items Summary– They do carry a few items, an Ipad case with a Bluetooth keyboard and a Ipod Pig speaker system that were a little expensive. The guy who was running the booth was very cordial, helpful and sociable and was knowledgeable about what he had, pricing and willing to negotiate a little, which is a bonus in this economy. Again, this kiosk is conveniently located right in front of Apple and has cases for both the phones and IPads that the store doesn’t have. If you cant find what you need at the Apple store than give this place a try. Just be warned that the prices here are quite high.

I agree with the other two people… they are a bit over priced. I paid for a bumber guard for my iphone 5 and«shields» for the front and back of my iphone. Minutes after he applied the shields my screen had a blue hue to the left side of the screen.(He practically made my phone swim in alcohol). I took it to the Apple store and they ended up replacing my phone. The tech told me that it looks like it could have been water damage from the application of shields. The Apple Tech was nice enough to replace my phone. When I went back to ask for a refund the other sales man told me this was the first time he has ever heard of this happening. He also said they do not use liquids to apply the shields… the last time i checked alcohol in a bottle is a liquid. Buyer beware… liquid and phones do not work well together. I got lucky that the Apple Tech replaced my phone because most often they don’t replaced water damaged items unless you have an enhanced warranty that the cellular companies offer.

my husband and i had a very bad experience with one of your kiosk vendors in the southcenter mall in Tukwila, Washington. I recently purchased an IPad from Apple and the minute we walked out of the store, we were«bombarded» with a salesman from the Playntalk kiosk. The salesman«sold us HARD» and we wound up purchasing an iPad cover that was very much overpriced(x3) and didn’t hold the IPad in place. When we went back to return it, we were approached by a different salesperson with an unlit cigarette in his mouth and was very abrupt. We told him that we wanted to return or, at minimum, exchange the IPad cover and he attempted to show us that it worked(which it didn’t) and then finally said that there are no returns /exchanges after 7 days. He was rude, condenscending, had body odor and a 7 day return policy??? JUSTSAYNOTOTHESERUDEVENDORS!
