American Eagle Outfitters

I have loved American Eagle clothing for years, probably well beyond what is fashionable for somewhat at my age. I enjoy the ease of ordering online, getting a 20% discount and free shipping then returning anything to the store that doesn’t fit. Often going into the store means a lot of impulse shopping! I was surprised during my last return to find out that AE offers military discounts, even on top of their clearances prices or other deals! That is awesome news! I’ve been shopping AE for years and never realized they supported the military community in such a manner.

I really am not a fan of going to the mall with my two girls because one loves to browse through every one of her favorite stores which is most, and the other one would rather be at home playing Sims.
When we entered the store we were greeted with a warm welcome and left alone to shop. It was nice not to feel pressured for help usually my experience in clothing stores, I was the one who went up to a girl named Jessica and asked for her assistance. I prefer this so much rather then being asked 20 times by different sales staff. She was very polite and was helpful finding all three of us sizes and kept running back and forth from the fitting room to get us what we needed with a smile each time and we were in there for about an hour. I will absolutely go back again. This place has Outstanding customer service. It really was a great experience and much to my 17 year old daughters delight, I told her that the mall isn’t so bad, it was actually fun.

Decent clothes too. A bit overpriced these days. But I like their stuff

Ehh… ever since they changed their All Access points policy, I’ve been hesitant to go in.
However, all of their full price items usually go on sale fairly quickly. I hate buying their clothes at full price because I feel like the quality isn’t worth it. Service is touch and go, but they have mostly high schoolers employed there, so that’s to be expected.
This place is great for basic t’s and sweaters or hoodies.
But I really need to grow up and stop shopping here…
