Original restaurant by the U of A has always been good yet crowded. Same quality here yet not crowded. No better Vietnamese food in Tucson. Price is right too.

The best phở in town! They have a few locations now, which is fantastic. I don’t know how I went so long without eating her, but this is now one of my favorites places in Tucson. We started with the shrimp tempura and shrimp spring rolls. I am not always a big fan of spring rolls, but these were excellent. They were filled with the perfect combination of cabbage, noodles, and meat. The peanut sauce may be the best I’ve ever had in my entire life. It’s just sweet enough with the perfect balance of peanut favor. The shrimp were fried perfectly and came with standard but always delicious sweet chili sauce. I ordered vermicelli with beef. I poured about half the fish sauce it comes with over it and added a generous amount of hoisin and sriracha. The beef was cooked very well, and the dish had excellent flavor. I tried my friend’s phở, and it was perfect. Lovely flavor. We all ordered boba tea drinks. I tried both the Thai and the Taro, both of which tasted great. We were immediately seated upon entering and had great service. The food came out quick, but we had time to enjoy our appetizers and review the menu thoroughly. They even have more typical Chinese options if you have someone in your group who isn’t a huge fan of Vietnamese food. It’s beautifully decorated in a fantastic part of town. I’m glad they have a location as I hear the Campbell location is always super busy.

Tried it for the first time: rare beef and tendon and watchamacallit phở, and café sua da(iced coffee). Pretty place, easy parking, friendly, quick service, well prepared phở, all good… but of course this is Tucson not Hazard Street in Westminster, CA… :-) 4 ½ rounded up to 5.

I will go out of my way to AVOID Craycroft, because I love this place so much, that I will not have the self control to just go home. I have gone twice in one day, 3 times in a weekend. Some egg roll/lettuce wraps to start, and my chicken phở, and I am in HEAVEN…

I was visiting the area and went to this restaurant. The food was cheap and awesome. I had the phở with the beef broth it was outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone who lives here.

My go– to for Vietnamese food. When I moved away from Tucson and felt sick all I could think about was a bowl of hot phở would knock this cold off its rocker, but alas I was 100 miles away. Luckily, I have moved back and I’m ready for more phở and spring rolls! This place knows the word«fresh» they hold their locations with constant high standards of cleanliness, authentic, and amazing food.

I’m often torn about writing a review after only one visit to a place… and I’m a little surprised that I had not ventured here earlier. I like to try new things and new places(particularly if they are local), so shame on me for going to Megaburger when Miss Saigon is so close. Egg Roll Appetizer: They looked and were presented differently than any others I have ever had. Five of the little guys were nestled on a plate with julienned cucumber, cilantro, bean sprouts and lettuce leaves, alongside a little bowl of fish sauce. It came with no instructions so I took matters into my own hands and proceeded with my take on assemblage: take the other little bowl they gave you, mix the fish sauce with soy and sriracha, take a lettuce leaf, stuff it with an egg roll and proceed to top it with the other items, then douse it with your fishrachasoy concoction and hope you don’t end wearing the juice that squishes out of your Vietnamese«taco». My shrimp curry entrée had plenty of nicely cooked shrimp in a nice mellow yellow curry. There were more of those bean sprout things and some white rice. I squeezed some sriracha and trickled some soy onto the rice. I tried to chopstick my meal and came dangerously close to flinging a shrimp so I acquiesced and just used a fork. Once that decision was made, I just mixed it all up on the plate; which is maybe the way it’s supposed to be done anyway. The décor is modern and clean and service was fine. I do plan to return, although it may be a while when I do. I’ll explain: I’ve already got it in my head that I want to order Phò next time I gò. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the shrimp curry dish that I ordered and I’m sure I could find something else on the menu to order, but when soup weather comes around, that Phò will be screaming my name.

Brand spanking new place. Phở was awesome with bean sprouts, basil, cilantro. Staff is young and super helpful if you’re lost in the menu.

**3.5 Stars** Probably one the best Phở places in Tucson, but by no means does it compare to homemade or Vietnamese places in Cali. This is my FAVORITE miss siagon location. The décor is modern, bright, spacious, and clean. The was NO wait when I went for dinner(compared to the University location which is always packed). But if there is, theres a nice little designated waiting area in the front. There is ample parking INFRONT of the restaurant. The food is the same as the original location. Still delicious, but portion is still on the smaller side compared to most phở places I have been to. I had to take away half a star because the Thai Tea Boba I got was unbearably too sweet, but all the other boba flavors have been good. I’ll be back again and again Environment: 5⁄5 Food: 3.5÷5 Price: 4⁄5 Service: 4⁄5

Food was wonderful! This Miss Saigon’s recipe tastes the same as their other restaurant on Campbell and Speedway. The flavorful soup was served piping hot and noodles had cooked to the perfect texture. Side of cilantro, jalapeño, bean sprouts, and mint that accompanied the soup tasted very fresh. Why the 3 stars? We were placed in the corner of the restaurant and the waiter never approached us after we were served our food. After several unsuccessful times trying to catch some attention by waving my arms, I had to shout out; or else he’ll run off again. Management needs to teach the servers to take their blinders off.

This place is amazing, their boba is delicious. I regret asking for just a little of tapioca on the boba because their tapioca is perfect. The phở is delicious and the noodles are really tender. Their spring rolls are the bomb and their prices are fair. Their people were really friendly. If you live nearby what are you waiting for? You won’t regret it!

I’ve visited 3 times since their grand opening, for lunch, late lunch, and evening take-out. Overall the food was good(the one on Campbell is still my preference though), but the service staff needs more training. When I had lunch the first time, our server helped 3 new tables before giving us our menu. We felt very much forgotten about. Lunch the second time was much quicker, the staff had water for everyone immediately. And for the evening, we went in just to order a boba drink, and ended up waiting 20 minutes for it. During this time, we noticed that none of the staff noticed people waiting to be seated unless they walked to the cashier’s counter. I had to keep telling people to walk up to the counter… And even though the cashier knew we were waiting for the drink, we had to ask her for an update before she pulled the drink out of the fridge for us, 20 minutes later. We even made eye contact several times while we waited! It was frustrating service.

I forgot to mention that the first time I ate there, though everything was delicious, there was a strange plastic object in my food… tape perhaps? I’m really not sure…

Omg! Love this restaurant… but this is their new location(2nd location) and we finally took the drive and tried it… This location is definitely much fancier than the original location. But the food… the food is still delicious!!! It is def less packed so when we got there… we were seated right away… and there’s great parking(compared to their old downtown location) So far… my fave(no wait-unlike the campbell location, great parking– unlike the downtown location, and STILL the food we love!) Cannot wait to come back here!

I have been here at least half a dozen times, probably more, since they opened this location. The food is very good. The ambience is considerably better than the average restaurant of its type. Prices are very reasonable. Service, however, is very hit-or-miss, with more of the latter. Tonight we had excellent service, but I would say that is an anomaly for this place. Overall, dinner service seems much better than lunch. Lunch can be crowded if you don’t come early, but even when I arrive shortly after 1100, service can be pretty bad. If service was more like we had tonight, I would give the place five stars. Overall, though, I will miss it when I move away.

Solid four out of five for this place. I have never been to the one over by the University, but mom said its pretty bomb, so off we went… Upon first glance it’s in a nice location on the bottom floor of an office building and the inside décor is very light and modern. We walked in and asked for a table for two, but were given a number to wait. And here is where the one star fell off the board. There were so many tables open and yet we waited maybe 8 – 10 minutes to be seated. Now im not one to understand the inner workings of a restaurant, but if tables are empty and I have a «wtf» look on my face you might need to say something. At any rate after waiting the allotted time above, the smell of delicious phở was overcoming so I stood up and put on my aforementioned look on my face and we were prompted seated. Ok, the best part, the food. We ordered coffee which was superbly strong and ever so slightly sweet making it the most perfect combo. We also got the tofu appy which if you know me at all you know I have a serious addiction to the fried goddess of a dish. Then I had the tofu phở which had lots of vegis in it… again because the more fried tofu the merrier. Mom really enjoyed the beef phở as well. Def recommend. Will def go again when im back in town. MISSSAIGON! The absolute BEST phở in Tucson! And I am SO in love with this new location! It’s the same Miss Saigon we all know originally on Speedway/Campbell but this specific location here is less chaotic, more intimate, and the staff is highly attractive! It’s pretty spacious with less traffic coming through, the bathrooms are C-L-E-A-N! The waiters were very attentive and very polite. My go to soups are 25(phở: rice noodles with beef broth) and number 34(mi: egg noodle with chicken broth). I always throw in all the veggies that come on the side, add a little sriracha, and bam, you got yourself a delicious hot homemade vietnamese soup. If you are a coffee drinker, you will get a kick out of their coffee here! I asked for it iced and it was so strong, yet so smooth. It’s the brewing process that fascinates me. It’s made fresh right in front of you! We visited on a friday night, so it wasn’t as bad as I could imagine lunch hour on a workday. So no matter what location you visit, you’ll get the same soup. But here, you will have a great experience. The one and only thing I couldn’t stand, was the lighting from the ceiling at this location! It’s so bright and irritating! Have you ever been on a ride in Disneyland, and suddenly it stops, they turn all the bright lights on, and make everyone walk out of the ride? THAT is how horrible the lighting is. They just need to dim it down a bit… by like TENNOTCHES! Other than that, I would only ever want to give this place five stars because their soup rules over anything else. Thank you Miss Saigon!

As soon as you walk in you’re greeted and seated right away. I frequent this place and really enjoy their dishes. Their phở is always piping hot and flavorful. Chicken Curry is spiced perfectly. Oh and their chicken tenders are my kids’ favorite! Try their boba drinks too! My favorite is Taro! So yummy and refreshing! Their customer service is hit or miss though. I’ve had a waiter once that I had to chase around to order, to refill our drinks, to ask for a utensil, and for our bill. Another time we had a waiter that was so awesomely attentive!

Always consistent. 1st time trying their new location. More room. Servers are still learning. They have some servers from another location. That is a good thing. Phở. Spring roll. Tempura shrimp. Taro root slush. All good. You always know what you are getting.
