Second dominos to let me down in Tucson! Bad customer service, I’ll be sure to use papa johns next time!

Got a call THE NEXT DAY from the owner (it’s a franchise) and he was very accommodating and I really appreciate the customer service!

I just can not say how impressed we are over the service and product of our local Domino’s. The pizza is great. Thank you for the improvements and hard work.

This is one of the best delivery service for Dominos in Tucson. The food is great and always made to order. I have never had a problem that was not solved to my satisfaction, ever… I have been ordering fr them since they opened. ONE GREAT PLACE.
I have to add. Unlike the Dominoes at Foothills Mall by Walmart. I will never use or recommend them to anyone… Espically, since they have the new manager.

The staff are really nice at this Dominos I’ve ordered from them many times and never had a bad experience :) As far as Dominos quality goes I’d say its very consistent.

My friend and I order pizza from here all the time. It’s always easy to do over the phone and we never speak to a human except when they arrive at the door. No exchange of cash needed. This has to be much safer for the drivers too not to have to carry cash around. Anyway, the philly cheesesteak pizza is muy delicious and comes with a free cheese pizza, which we usually can barely finish.
Good food, good value!

wonderful experience! we took advantage of the monday carry-​out deal which is for a $ 7.99 large three topping. called in my order just before leaving work and it was ready when i got there. service was quick and friendly. even got a «have a nice night!» from a delivery driver walking in from the parking lot. the pizza was hot and delicious — baked to perfection. will definitely go again, and happily go to this location.

Awful service. Called in my order and they said 30 – 35 minutes. 50 minutes later, i called the store to inquire about status. Adrian said I must have been the one customer he forgot to call to say that the driver had a flat tire (i didnt believe him). He said he’d check on my order, but eventually came back on the line and said he couldnt find the order he took. He must have lost it somehow. Obviously, the customer shouldn’t have to deal with lost orders, or lies about a flat tire. Adrian said he remembered taking the order but didnt know what happened. He said he could re-​take the order, but there were 4 – 5 deliveries ahead of mine (at this point, i had been waiting over an hour). I asked to speak with a manager. Several minutes later, Patricia came on the line and said sorry, and she could re-​take the order but it would be a while, but then put me on hold, apparently talked to someone else, and said they she could put my order first for delivery. I cancelled. Will never return to Dominos
