I believe this is my second visit to this hotel restaurant. For this visit, we had ribeye steak (steak was overly hard), chicken fettuccine Alfredo (it was okay, tasted different from the other chicken Alfredo I’ve tried at other restaurants, but I probably won’t order this again…), Cajun chicken sandwich, and sweet potato fries (this is probably the best part of the meal honestly). Food was overall okay, didn’t stand out much. Service was standard.

Met a friend at the Embassy Suites for managers Happy Hour (5:30−7) and decided to stay for dinner.
It’s an open-​aired atrium, next to the bar, with in-​booth TVs. Perfect for a $ 22 Ribeye, free drinks from the managers reception, and Monday Night Football.

Food was surprisingly good for a hotel bar/​restaurant, service was good. Don’t miss the free happy hour every evening for guests.

Chicago, IL
This is a Jekyll and Hyde situation. Depending on the bartender, you will either have a comfortable evening, with actual service (Thank you Renee!). Or, you will have to walk from your table to the bar to get your own drinks, and bus your own table of dirty glasses and napkins (don’t know your name buddy, but you should reconsider your occupation).
My recommendation is to call ahead, make sure Renee is working and have an enjoyable evening.
