I have been coming here for several years now. The pricing is moderate to somewhat expensive for most of the items. This store has just about anything you could want or need for your home.
I have purchased; plants, garden supplies, a smart thermometer and various other items. The staff is helpful and can direct you to what you are looking for. The store is very big and feels like a giant warehouse.
The garden are has a wide selection of plants during the spring/summer. Overall, I come here pretty often and are mostly satisfied with the shopping experience. They also have a good return policy and will work with you outside of the return period.

Horrible experience with the flooring department. NEVER buy carpet there. Misleading, inexperienced sales people. 72 hr. guarantee is a joke. I wasted a lot of time figuring this out.

Glad I went! Was needing new smoke detectors and was completely overwhelmed by the selection which should be a good thing right? I had trouble figuring out what would work for MY needs and a very patient worker took the time to help me figure this out.

Irritated in the fact the customer service person whom helped with my returns complained out loud that I had 8 items to return. Even more irritated that when presented receipt they couldn’t find the items being returned on it. I pointed them out & rather then crediting it back to my credit card, they insisted to give me a store merchandise card. Not great when you’re paying prime interest on the card & now I have to buy more product from the store to get my money back. NOT professional at all & wish the store managers would train their staff better. For this & other reasons is why I shop at Lowes. FYI, I operate a local electrical contracting business & I know how to give good customer service as my business depends on it & have been on business since 1987

Amazing help… I went in to replace a sliding door window treatment… after seeing sticker shock (many go for $ 900.00 and up) a sales clerk managed to sit me down I told her that the home belonged to my boyfriend, that the system could be as old as 28 years. She tapped away getti g his info from me, and WALLA… it was that simple she found the purcase date (I was pretty close) and then told me they would replace it for no charge… crazy huh… got to love Home Depot.

I try and keep it local so I go to Ace in Sandy a lot but often I have to run to home depot, the staff is great here! and the selection of course is awesome, seems you can find someone that knows how to do whatever it is you are trying to tackle at home.

I go to this home depot location about once a week. We do a lot of work on our super old house so visit the home building supply stores as much as we visit the grocery store.
I have always had friendly interactions with staff, and they u.s.u.a.l.l.y can help me out. (sometimes the staff seems sort of clueless in their ‘section’ of the store– but they are always really friendly when they say they can’t help me)

I waited for 10 minutes and I searched for help but I never could find any sales associate. I went to the customer service desk and asked for someone to help me. They made two phone calls and couldn’t find anybody. They walked back with me to the area and couldn’t find anybody to help me so I finally gave up and left.

I like this location for Home Depot, it doesn’t get too crowded and they keep it stocked and picked up. I have been in some pretty rough looking Home Depots. I was just in there buying a washer/dryer and the guy in the appliance section was very helpful and made sure I had all my paperwork in order for my tax rebates before I left. They have a great plant selection, too.
