Hands down, they make THE best cheesecake on the planet. It’s light and creamy in texture — lots of cream cheese. I like the plain so I can top it with a homemade caramel sauce or a fruit compote. I like it well enough that I have had this cheesecake shipped to whatever city I’m in at the time, as far away as Florida. It’s a little piece of heaven for the taste buds.

We ordered the grilled cheese and veggie wrap, and both were very delicious! Wonderful, unique favors! Not just your average plain flavors. Wonderful selection of sweets as well! We got the French Silk pie to go. It looked to delish to pass up. Will follow up with a review of that after we try it.

Tasty cookies… got a pumpkin with burnt butter frosting. So yummy, wish I had gotten a couple more for the road. Also tried the strawberry cream cheesecake. Was delicious, not too sweet.

Three stars only because this place used to be great. Something has happened since the last time I was here. The portions became way smaller, I just had the smallest piece of $ 4 cheesecake in my life. The flavor was lackluster, their cheesecake used to be rich and decadent. Super disappointed. Maybe when we come back in another year it will be better?

So the cheesecake looked sexy, but it was nothing how I expected cheesecake to be. I expect sweet decadent rich cream cheese tasting with an explosion of blueberry. Yup. Nothing like that. No sparks. Nothing. It was like I was expecting the world, and all I got was a sad piece of cheesecake that didn’t stand out from others I’ve tasted. And the others I’ve had have been homemade from amazing bakers and I expect that coming from a small cheesecake centered bakery. Unfortunately it just didn’t do anything for me. It didn’t ignite the fire in my heart that was desiring a delicious piece of cheesecake. Hopefully next time, if there is a next time, it’s better.

Move over Cheesecake Factory I want some real cheesecake. I was in town on business and stopped in to some cheesecake home. After following a hidden trail and ending up behind a school or hospital, not really sure, I found this gem. Although there’s a parking lot this place is off the pavement and has a little dirt pathway that leads up to it. It’s also about the size of a small house. But what’s inside is packed with flavor. The moment you walk in you’re hit with the glass display case filled with wonderful cheesecakes. There’s plenty of variety to chose from and I doubt any are bad. I took 3 home for my wife and I. Personally it’s probably one of the best cheesecakes over ever had. Already planning to go back again. Like today.

The hubby had the«Oh My» cheesecake(peanut butter cheesecake with chocolate ganache). He said it was pretty good but would probably try something else next time. I’m not a cheesecake person so I got the molasses cookie. Holy crap that was awesome! Will definitely go back for that… and the iced sugar cookie we were eyeing!

Its a cute small place that’s hidden right behind the old asylum. There are signs how to get to it so don’t get discouraged if you don’t see it right away. Its to the left of Left foot Charlie brewery. Kind of felt claustrophobic when I entered the place not much wiggle room, 4 people inside feels as if its crowded. They do have few tables outside so you can enjoy your cheesecake under few trees or take a piece with you. As others have mentioned the prices for their cheesecakes are really high. One little piece of cheesecake was $ 4 something. If you want more than a slice be prepared to pay up. The smallest cheesecake costed $ 8 and was the size of a palm. For that kind of price you would think the cheesecake is out of this world. They have a lot of varieties so probably will need few minutes to decide what you want. We had the Black forest, amaretto cream and Turtle sunday. I think the black forest was the best one. Its all chocolate with few cherries inside of it. The amaretto cream did not taste like amaretto at all and I love amaretto so I know how it tastes like exactly, so overall wasn’t impressed with that piece. The turtle sunday was pretty good also the consistency of the cheesecake was real nice and smooth and melted in your mouth but wouldn’t really say it reminded me of a turtle sunday.

The cheesecake was wonderful. Chicken pot pie soup with warm French bread was excellent. However, I won’t be back due to the rude girl who works behind the counter who obviously hates her job. Nice place to go if you do not care about rude, offensive service.

Carmel macadamia cheesecake? Why yes, thank you. They had 1 German Chocolate brownie again this time. It is all mine. My friend got the german chocolate cake and said it was very good. I also tried this banana peanut butter bread/cake thingy and I wasn’t crazy about that but everything else I have tried I have loved!

First off the bad: PRICEY. A 6″ cheesecake is $ 21 and a 9″ is $ 32. Now the good. It is worth the price. Wow is this cheesecake good. One of the best I’ve ever had. Much better than the big city Cheesecake Factory.

My husband and I came here for lunch and were very pleased with the food & the atmosphere. The price was reasonable given that the food was SO good but it was a little pricy. I had the soup(white chili) and half turkey sandwich and loved both! My husband got the chicken ceasar salad and grilled ham and cheese on pretzel bread. We both ate every bite. :-) The deserts looked amazing but we were so full after lunch that we just couldn’t indulge. :-) We’d love to come back for the desert some time. We would recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back. :-)

Shared a fruit tart with my friend. It was nice, the crust was a little soggy, but the light filling and the fruit were really nice. The coffee was not good, bad flavor and on the cool side. The tart would have been much better too with a better and hotter coffee. Perhaps they could talk with HIgher Grounds or Cuppa Joe. T.C. is a foodie town, time to get on the coffee wagon. Other than that yum!!!

While I didn’t try a cheesecake, I did try four different kinds of cookies… and they were goooooood. Oatmeal raisin, lemon, molasses, but the killer was pumpkin with brown butter icing — HOLYMOLY I WANTMORE. It was a cake-y cookie, which usually isn’t my favorite, but this was exceptional in all regards. Will have to be back soon to try one of their cheesecakes… which looked incredibly pretty in the case, so much so, I took a picture.

Yummmmmmmmm… ohhhhh my… what a lip licking good selection. Choose wisely and savor! All of the options are pretty, pretty, pretty. I also ended up buying sandwiches for a picnic. My husband was downright smitten with the cold meatloaf sandwich with crispy onions, horseradish sauce and the piece de resistance… pretzel bread. I had an old standby(turkey and tomato) which was fantastic on pretzel bread and perfect for the picnic. We bought a couple bags of their chips and some locally made sodas from next door(Left Foot Charley). Fab-u-lous. Also, an adorable building with super sweet flower boxes and outdoor seating area.

I like the story of how this location came to be and the cheesecake is delicious! They had great vareity in the case and I ended up getting a six bite size sampler option. My companion got a cherry smoothie which looked amazing! Only reason I’m not going with 5 stars is that the young man working had no idea about the products, other stores in the area, etc. and was pretty unhelpful.

The best cheesecake I’ve ever had!(so far) I’ve heard about this cheesecake store from friends. They do a very good job. In fact, they appeared on Food Network a couple times too! This little bakery store is located in «The Village.» I tried blueberry cheesecake, mocha mudslide with white chocolate topping. They are AWESOME!!! Strongly recommended.
