Forgot something when you packed for vacay in TC? This is a great stop for essentials on the cheap: tees, sweatshirts, sleepwear, kids apparel, etc. Always at a huge discount! My favs are typically the flats(bought 3 pairs on my last trip, love the fit), boxers for my husband and t-shirts. I always forget something when I pack! Protip: Never buy anything not on sale. It’s called«Outlet» for a reason! Also, when you update your email address you’ll get a coupon for an additional 15 percent off your next purchase. Comes in handy when you are wittlin’ down the prices! Basically, the only thing worth coming for at the Outlet Mall — but, makes it quite easy to get in and out, as the remainder is a ghost town.

I never go to Gap Outlet. I actually worked there for a blink of an eye when I was in high school 12 years ago(yikes), and they have a decent selection, but over the past few years I’ve never chosen Gap as a shopping destination of choice. Why have I been missing out?! I randomly stopped in last Saturday to peep out some mint colored items and possibly some accessories. I roamed around the store where all clearance items were an additional 30% off– great deal. I spotted a stack of yellow jeans. I have been looking for yellow polka dot jeans forever, and recently bought a pair of brand new Current/Elliott TAN polka dot jeans on eBay for $ 80. Still, not yellow. I reached for a size 26 and checked out the tag– $ 9.99. $ 9.99!?! 30% off clearance items?! These jeans were basically $ 7 and I had just spent 11 times that on tan jeans. I gasped and brought them to the fitting room with me, and while on my way I saw DENIMPOLKADOT jeans along the way. ALSO clearance. I could not believe my eyes, or my luck. I tried them both on– and they fit like a glove. I was amazed. I’m still amazed. As a 5’3 petite person, it’s extremely difficult to find jeans that fit. These were the skinny ankle kind, and they fit perfect. I can even wear them with flats without dragging or rolling them up. I ended up leaving Gap with two pairs of jeans and a navy tank with white polka dots: grand total, $ 24. Amazing. Simply amazing.
