McDonald’s

Drive thru needs to get its act together. One of the longest drive thru waits I’ve ever been in. One time I had to wait over 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars including myself. There have been times when they repeated my order wrong at the first window, then after I corrected them they still got it wrong once I got to the second window. Today had convinced me to write this review because they forgot my cookies. This was 3 times within this same month. I told myself I would never eat McDonald’s again (just because I should eat healthier), and this is definitely giving me a sign.

Hawthorne and 190^th McDonalds sucks. Horrible service and so slow. We’re like the only ones in line and they can’t even take our order…

Drive-​through girl has very poor listening skills did not listen to what I asked for gave me the wrong order after repeating myself several times still got the wrong order. Then just asked for my money back and got shortchanged on getting my money back. Very negative experience and all the girl had to do was shut her mouth and listen it’s not that hard. Muffin egg bacon. Maybe next time she’ll get it. But the coffee is always good

I mean you know what you are getting when you come to McDonald’s, but this location needs to get its act together when it comes to the food. The burgers are cold and the buns are not fresh. The fries? Change that oil for goodness sake!, and please stop dumping a pound of salt on top of each basket of fries you take out of the fryer. Drive-​Thru is slower than heck. Just not good at all.

I am slightly embarrassed to admit that I went into a McD’s today. I have not set foot in one for many, many years. I just ordered a large iced coffee. It is quite tasty after I customized it. I asked for only 3 pumps of syrup and 3 pumps of cream instead of the default ⁵⁄₅. It is the perfect level of sweetness for me, but still too creamy. Full strength it would be grossly sweet and creamy. I cannot comment on the food.
The location is clean, and the employee helping me was nice. The manager did not seem that friendly from what little I observed.
My son enjoyed the play place. I haven’t been to a play place since I was a kid and was pleasantly surprised. Another Unilocaler wrote that this was the worst play place. If that is the case, I will have to check out the other ones nearby.

Me & my kids love coming to this McDonalds, thanks to people like Norberto me & my family always feel so wellcome here, Love this place. The best McDonalds in the world.

Cons: horrible play place. The only reason I went to McDonald’s was for my daughter to be able to play around in the playplace, but this McDonald’s has the worst one by far.
Customer service wasn’t great. The lady who served me looked like she’d rather be anywhere besides here… I can’t say I blame her.
Wasn’t given a ‘free sandwich’ even though my order took longer than 60 seconds. According to their new policy, I should’ve been given a free sandwich.
Store was trashy and not very well maintained.
Pros: fries were cooked very well. I could tell the oil was fresh. All the food was good.
Not too crowded, even though I went during a busy time.
Best looking McDonald’s I’ve seen in a while based on interior décor only.

We had a horrible experience at this location. They have a new incentive: over 60 seconds wait; you get a free sandwich. Well that is just causing the employees to have horrific customer service and half way filling your order. Shame on them for trading in a great character trait for faulty expeditious service

Ridiculous.
The «diet «coke is sometimes Pepsi but today it tastes like 7 up. The drive through is such a long wait but NO ONE was in front of us. I ordered a chocolate dipped soft serve and it was SO sloppy! There was chocolate all over the cone. I also ordered a large fry and I might as well have gotten the medium! It looked like it was eaten halfway ! Never coming back.

The only reason this place gets even one star is that the support staff really tried to be helpful. I went there for french fries. The french fry oil was so old it was grainy. No, it was not the salt.
When I returned to tell the manager, he kindly acknowledged that he had received the same complaint numerous times, and HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET PERMISSION TO CHANGE THE OIL FOR TWO DAYS! He explained that he was not the general manager, and he had to get permission to do so.
If McDonald’s is going to hire good people, which in this case somebody obviously did, they should actually use them. Give them enough freaking power to support both their establishment and their customers.
They should also remember that only one in 50 people will complain and expect a correction or refund. The others will just never say anything, and simply never return. Therefore, the general manager needs to get off his butt and start listening to his best customers, and trusting his managers. (Pardon my gender assumption, but I’m sure a female GM would not let this pass. I wouldn’t.)
C’mon, McDonald’s!

23 minutes in the drive-​thru on Friday for breakfast and no one was in front of us at the time.
Ordered a Egg McMuffin breakfast meal with Orange Juice, and my husband ordered an Oatmeal, parfait, and Breakfast Burrito.
We were given the Oatmeal, Parfait, and Orange Juice.
So then we went back through the drive thru (we would have waited for the rest of our food but the girl said Thank you have a great day so we thought we had been handed everything).
On the second round of drive-​thru we explain what happened and when we came to the window she handed us the rest of the food and walked away.
So we sat there until she came back because we had yet to obtain our receipt for the purchase.
Needless to say we will not be going back.
Then to top everything off the back half of my egg mcmuffin tasted like it had been dumped in soapy water and I couldn’t eat it.
My favorite breakfast food now ruined. :(and I went to work so hungry.

What happened to this location? It used to be clean, efficient, and quality-​oriented. My last couple visits, however… not so much. Case in point: last week I ordered (2) double-​cheeseburgers and (10) McNuggets. I was in a hurry so I didn’t double-​check my order… big mistake, even though I shouldn’t have to. One of my double-​cheeseburgers was missing a patty, the pickles, and the onions, and to top it off (no pun intended) one of the buns was inside-​out! Also most of the cheese was on the outside of the burgers. The other burger had a burned bun. The only part they got right was the nuggets, and they tasted old. The drink station was destroyed… straws, napkins, and cup lids all over the counter and on the floor, soda spilled everywhere, and no cleanup person in sight. Did I mention the flies on the pickup counter, and the unruly children running around that apparently are my responsibility to babysit? Here is my favorite part… the guy who took my order didn’t give me my cup, so I had to ask for it. As he was heading to the cups, he coughed right into his hands and then grabbed the cup. When I called him out on it, all I got was a half-​hearted «oh, sorry.»

Thus off the worst McDonald’s ive ever been to. Every time I’ve been there, no matter the time of the day, the order is incorrect.

This Mcdonalds was the one by my house when I lived in Torrance. I’ve only been there but five times but it is always well staffed and speedy.
