This is not fast food place… Pretty disappointed with McDonald’s for accepting this kind of work. Been waiting at drive-thru for over 10 min! Will definitely go to In-N-Out. Faster service with much more customers! Still waiting at drive-thru… Wow, came home and all the food including fries are cold! It wasn’t like this by USC even when there were over 10 cars waiting! This place is really s****! After taking a bite out of my Big Mac… I wish I went to In-N-Out! Hell, she didn’t even give me a receipt for my purchase!

Went back to try it again twice in the last month both visit were disappointing. Both times the burgers were cold. The nuggets and fries were cold when I asked for fresh hot ones. The manager a young Hispanic man was barking out orders and talking down to his workers. I told him that the ketchup and napkins were both out. He did nothing. The food was not good and manager seems more interested in checking his phone for messages and talking to workers in the dinning area that seem to be off. No wonder the place has such low ratings. .The owner does not seem to have a clue whats going on at night. Wake up

The rest of the servers do their job except one big, white woman(work in the morning and weekend) who always giving me problems every single time when I come and she is not even a manager but always act like one in front of other employees. Managers need to consider training your employees and yourself to appreciate customers when they come Not lure them away. 2 stars were taken away because of her and I’m sure other customers having the same problems as I do because so often I see that she has attitude with us who are not so Blond as her

These people take my order in one window, only to tell me they dont have what I ordered at the second window. Also so much for fast food. Came here with the munchies, by the time I got my food I had already come down from my zone. In n Out wouldve been quicker. Real stuff.

Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru and got our food. They said they had to make tea(we ordered 2 large teas with our meals) so pull forward to spot #1. Waited there for 10+ minutes! Finally went in and went to the counter, and stood there. The manager walked by 3 times and said nothing! Then the guy working the drive thru said«man that car in #1 has been there for a minute!!» So I said yes, we’ve waited more than 10 minutes for iced tea! Manager comes up and hands me two empty cups. Says«you just need drinks?» I said yes they were making tea. He said OH let me see if it’s ready. Drive thru guy pipes up and says«yes it is I told you that a long time ago!!!» Anyway, finally the manager brings me the teas and I get back out to my car. It’s 8:00 pm and my receipt is time stamped 7:36. UNNACCEPTABLE! Food got cold before we got our drinks.

I frequent this location more than I want to know, for my toddlers favorite food is their french fries. I have to say, most of the time their fries are fresh out of the fryer, not too salty and always hits the spot. In my experience, only THIS location has the best fries. Sometimes their hot fries can burn my toddlers’ fingers and tongues. I also appreciate the double drive-thrus and different exits here. I’ll never try other stuff on the menu, for most are prolly either contaminated with bacteria or taste like trash.

They made some changes for the better. Fixing my review from a year ago from bad to now good. Glad they have stepped it up here.

Very unsatisfied, Stopped at this location for a quick bit to eat. Less then two hours later I found my self getting sick from the #12 filet of fish meal. This morning after speaking with a family member she had said she as well had all the symptoms that I did after eating at this same location yesterday. This location has always had problems one way or another, it’s such a shame that it so close that I have to drive in the opisit direction for better service and food! Especially in this time of Lent.

Ughhhh… Literally ordered TWO things off the menu, and they get the order wrong. Not only that, but they forget the cream and sugar for the coffee! Annoyed to the max right now. –_______–

I enjoy coming here to pick up coffee and use free WiFi to kill time. This location is clean, has descent interior looks, good space and fast service. I like getting the free coffee refills as well. One thing it doesn’t have is an outlet to plug in my laptop computer. I believe most of the McDonald’s don’t.

After visiting this location on numerous occasions and having something go wrong every single time, I have finally learned my lesson and decided not to return here. Experiences at the drive-thru have been the worst. Let’s see, where do I begin? Sweet tea that has no amount of sweetness, but tastes more like dirty water? Quarter-pounders with cheese that actually turn out to be soggy Big Macs? Burnt chicken in the snack wraps? Fries requested with no salt that are salter than the ocean? Oreo McFlurries that are only vanilla ice cream with no Oreos in sight? Chicken nuggets that are drenched in oil? You’ve GOT to be kidding me. I don’t even remember a time that I’ve visited this McDonalds and not had something go wrong, or realize that they didn’t leave off something on a sandwich, or didn’t give me the requested sauces. And the funniest thing is, the staff and managers here act like nothing went wrong and can’t even give decent customer service. If you messed up an order, the least you can do is apologize and correct the issue without giving me a dirty look. I will NOT be back here and recommend the same to anyone reading this review.

It’s McDonalds. Lol I usually only come for late night McFlurrys… :) I always ask for extra Oreo and they don’t skimp out on the extra… So I’m a happy camper.

This McDonald’s branch is the WORST of all branches. We’ve stopped in for quick lunches about 3 – 4 times and each and every time, they never fail to provide the worst experience ever. The fries are always soggy, the sandwiches are always room temperature, and the sweet tea is always traumatizing. The first time we ordered sweet tea, they gave us coffee and ice. The second time we ordered it, they gave us unsweetened tea that tasted like dish water. The most recent time we ordered sweet tea(yesterday), they tasted like spoiled milk!!! We asked the manager to replace them and the replacements tasted worse than the first ones. Overall, this McDonald’s is horrible, from cleanliness to staff to the food. Booooo.

Im not into. Mcdonalds much, but i needed a quick breakfast and this was the first place I came to. I was happy to see they now have a healthier choice for a breakfast sandwich. You can order just egg whites instead of regular eggs. It tastes a little different but not bad. This location was really nice though, they have a very modern dining area and its super kid friendly.

Its McDonald’s. If you are reading reviews you are not looking to see food reviews but service reviews. I mean a Big Mac is essentially the same from one to the other… except of course the one on 182nd and crenshaw is the best by far. Joking… The one issue I have with this place is the drive thru is notorious for decades to be the worst at getting your order right. How many times I got home and something is missing. How many friends and I had to be like you go back and get it. Dang should of checked it before we left. Or what the one thing my son really wanted is the one they left out. Ok so be warned. If you order from the drive thru check your order. Its only gonna get worse with two lanes. And thats from living next to this place since 1991 and still never learning to do it EVERY time.

This is the worse Mcdonalds store that I’ve ever ordered from!!! I gave them 3 chances to prove themselves, and they all failed from those times. The first time, I ordered from their drive thru. It was the time when they just had their renovations done. I thought to myself, what a nice improvement. They have 2 drive thru lanes. Sweet! Assumption: Fast service. Oh my God!!! There were 3 cars — I was behind one car, and the other car was on the other lane at that time. But it took them forever to get the orders!!! I was so mad!!! And I only ordered a Mcchicken and sweet tea!!! It took me more than 15minutes to get my food, when it should be a fast drive thru, right? The next time I went was maybe 2 months after. I told myself, hmmm… maybe they have better service. Besides, I was starving! Same thing, slowwww service!!! 2 items on the menu, you can’t serve them fast!!! Freaking not cool!!! The worse thing was, it wasn’t busy at all! The third time(and definitely the last time), I went inside the store and ordered from the counter. Do you know what I ordered? A snack wrap. Just a snack wrap!!! And how long did I wait!!! Freaking 25 minutes for a snack wrap!!! I didn’t mind the wait at first because they were busy. But when I looked at the clock, geez, how long does it take to prepare a simple chicken snack wrap!!! It wasn’t even the large one! I had to approach the person at the counter to remind them to follow up with the snack wrap. I know, I know, I should have thrown a fit, but I’m not like that. I also overheard a customer complaining that the bathroom was nasty and dirty. Cringe!!! So, this is what I’ll do, I just decided never to come back. Ever!!! Sorry, but just like dating, you only get 3 chances with me, and when the spark is not there, I’ll have to move on…(and write about it on Unilocal.)

This McDonald’s seems to have a prime intersection location. It’s does serious business most of the day. I remember this being one of the first to offer the new foo foo coffee choices. You know why I’m here today: Trivia Time: I talked about pizza and someone asked me about Spaghetti Yep, they had that too! Once upon a time, McDonald’s tried to have a separate dinner menu. One of those dinner items, McSpaghetti just couldn’t get it quite right. It came with side dishes in the form of mashed potatoes/gravy and a vegetable medley. It went down quickly with the rest of that dinner menu. After testing pasta in the South in 1989, McDonald’s began testing a pasta-based menu at 40 units across Rochester, N.Y. in September 1991, including lasagna, fettuccine alfredo, and spaghetti with meatballs. In the early 1990s the new dinner menu was tested for 6 – 12 months at two locations in New York and Tennessee. Like the McPizza, people just weren’t interested in eating pasta at McDonald’s. McSpaghetti is still available in some international markets, and even has a bit of a cult following.
