Chuck E Cheese’s

The only time I come here is if we are invited to a birthday party and every time, as soon as you walk in the door, my kids and I are overwhelmed by the stench. Even my kids mention how it stinks. I truly believe they do not clean the carpet. I was there today for another birthday party and again it smelled. The bathrooms smell better than the play area. The service was okay and the food was good, but they need to get their act together at this location. Several times, the games ate my kid’s tokens and the ticket feeders were a mess today. At one point only 2 of 8 ticket feeders worked. It was crowded. I asked one of the staff to get someone to fix the ticket feeders and their only response was go to another one. How about fixing them??? My kids want their birthday party here. Absolutely not! Need to get their act together.

So I was here last weekend for my little cousins birthday and I was really surprised at how perfect these parties are done.
All the kids got their coins to play games as soon as they got there because they were all set up in tables settings for the kids, and when my Aunt was ordering all the food the waitress/​server Sam helped her pick out the different platters besides pizza which I was excited about because pizza is boring.
I was a little surprised because it was like 50+ people and only one girl was taking care of all of it, but she handled it all easily. While I like pizza, the sandwiches are really good as well as the cheesy bread. When me and my sister went to help my aunt serve my cousin and his classmates the waitress already had their cups filled and was serving the pizza, I was surprised because I have never been to a chucky cheese party, but it was pretty awesome that we didn’t have to do anything. When it was time to sing happy birthday the little show they do is cute but embarrassing. Sam cut the cake and served it to everyone and it was a really good cake from Torrance bakery. After the party was done I took my cousin to get his prizes and he got 2000 points just for having a party which is crazy, and the waitress Sam was the one that helped us at the prize table, ended up getting a rocket launcher and a big ball. And I have to say I have never thought of having a kids party there but I thing I might now.

Love the service, Sonia was the best ever made our experience warm and pleasurable. Will definitely be back!
Been here many times and it gets better everytime!

Worst Food Poisoning of My Life!!!
I ate pizza and the salad bar and started feeling sick 2 hours later. I continued to be sick for 4 days!!! I will never eat there again!

Let me start with the customer service: Aweful. I get there and I’m next in line when a cashier name Samantha starts to take an order from another employee who had obviously cut in front of me. The cashier had no shame in taking her order before me even after I had mention I had been in line waiting. I asked to speak to a manager name Claudia which she never came to the front. I encountered her on my way back from the restroom. And of course she try to justify why no manager had gone to the front (there were two other managers on duty) she did talk to the employee and granted me some tokens. But surprise because I had came here expecting better service than the one in Gardena.
The salad was a mess. The lettuce was yellow and while I was there no one refilled the bowls. I got up twice to try to refill my plate. It looked dirty and with not a single employee being aware of the refills.
They do have a good arcade n the kids had a good time but that because they just care about the games. The pizza was okay.

Ok I know it’s chuck e cheese, enough said right there… The pizza is gross, the salad bar is ok and the prices are a rip off. The ticket to coin ratio is a joke and your better of just buying your kid a prize. Guess kids throwing tokens in the machines that are not working right dont really care but I had to get the machine guy like 3 times. I liked it better when they served beer here, it made it so much more tolerable. Do you self a favor, pick up some little caesars and take your kids to the park for some fresh air… They probably won’t end up getting sick from all the cooties there…

Best Birth Control ever! That’s all I really need to say.
Came her for my nieces birthday party. As expected there where screaming kids everywhere (but surprisingly not as bad as i thought)
The food: sub-​par– you dont expect the best walking in here but defiantly nothing i was excited about eating… i was just hungry
The games: i thought there would be more games. but with that said they did have quite a few good quality games that were fun for the adults & kids!
The employees: they all seem like they hate their lives (i don’t blame them, i would not be happy having to deal with all those kids day in and day out) but they put on a great act with the kids! Hopefully its not the start of an acting career tho…
The party deal seem a little pricey from what i was told and i feel like throwing your own party would be better. Just bring your kid here for a quick bite to eat and some games.

We could have choose any location to host our son’s 4^th birthday. I have to say was quite impressed with our experience here.
Pros:
–the staff was super professional, friendly, and helpful. so refreshing. my fellow friends and Family were really impressed!
–the entire facility was very clean.
–lots of things for young kids to do
–salad bar/​Pizza was Great as always
Overall felt like The staff that worked the night of 11÷25÷14 not only went out of there way to provide us a great experience but gave me a whole new look at chuck e cheese thank you again

this is a good place to bring the kids to go crazy. most of the games and play areas are always clean and working. the food is ok, but they have added a small salad bar that ive not tried yet. big area for parties and regular tables for smal parties. they also have a check systam at the door that makes suer your kid does not leave with someone else. the staff is always helpful and nice when needed. this place can get crazy, but ive not been to one thats not. over all if your kids like CEC this location is a good one.

Poorly maintained place. I remember going as a kid to Chuck E Cheese and loving it. But this is a whole new world of sad now. Dirty place with dirty tables and dirty people who have no manners or any type of decency. Clearly they are under staffed and need to make an entrance fee to weed out the problematic people. Update and fix your machines as well. Have some sort of order and safety people around the moving toys, because children are climbing and jumping over everything rampantly. WOW, just wow. Good bye old lovable Chuck E Cheese.

We have birthday reservation at 6:30pm on Sunday. The parking lot is almost empty. Only a few tables of people. Perfect for the game night!!! Less crowd~ My first time here, this is totally kids’ paradise or kid’s Las Vegas!!! All the kids holding a little cup full of coins and running around to play games… so cute!
The Service: All the staffs are very friendly and personal. Thanks to our host, Betsy, for helping us and been there for us! Thanks to the manager for having such great team~ We totally have a blast!!!
The Food: All the pizza are baked fresh. Lots of toppings and crispy crust. Refillable soda and coffee. Sampler platter is okay… small portion to share.
The Parking: Private Lot (FREE), lots of parking spots

This is an okay Chuck E Cheese.
We came here for a birthday party yesterday, and when we first came in, IT WAS BUSY AND PACKED! I suggest coming here during the weekdays. We were looking for a table when I saw most of them were filled for other birthday parties. Then, one of the employees came and found a table for all of us to sit down.
We went to go order our food and get tokens and there was only one cashier standing behind the register. There was basically a line starting because of it.
The pizza has actually gotten better for a Chuck E Cheese. Salads are OK.
They have many games here. If you want to play all the games, I suggest coming during the weekdays like always.
THERE WERE ONLY TWO TICKET EATERS WORKING. Somebody went up and asked one of the employees if she would fix them, but she said one of them should work. And that’s exactly what happened.
I give it three stars because the kids like this place.

When you go to Chuck E Cheese’s you know what to expect — pizza (form your opinion on the quality), games, tickets, and Chuck E himself. At this Chuck E Cheese it seems a little more mellow than the Prairie Ave location and so it’s a little more pleasant in my opinion because it’s easier to keep track of your kids.
Regardless of what you think of Chuck E Cheese, your kids will have the best time here! Especially if it’s their birthday.
So give your kids a treat and spend two hours here. They will think you’re amazing!

I came here today around 1:30 pm, and we were the only ones in there! Two kids and two adults. We had the whole place to ourselves. I have been here when it was really busy, and this was a nice change.
My only complaint was that the lady who was helping me at the cash register seemed like she didn’t want to be here. No smile, no nothing! And I think she was the manager.
Any who, although we were the only ones in there, Chuck E can out to give us free tickets! Thanks!

What can I say, it is what it is… it’s a place for kids, it’s packed, it’s hectic and the food is meh-​just-​ok but then again, I didn’t come expecting to be wowed by the chow. That said, if you’re looking for a place to burn a couple of hours with the kiddos, play a few games, watch some pimply-​faced teenage kid dance around in mouse suit while scarfing down some frozen pie –you’ve found your paradise. At the end of the day, my daughter had a blast, we had gobs of tickets, which yielded next to nothing at the gift shop, haha — but overall, it was an enjoyable time for her and that’s really what it is all about at a place like this.
As far as the cleanliness is concerned… I felt it was ok, not great but certainly what I’d expect for a joint with 100+ screaming kids who are running, jumping, sneezing, crying, spitting and rolling all of the place like miniature savages.

I came to this Chuck E Cheese last Saturday to celebrate my friend’s daughter’s birthday. I can see why some people would say that coming here is overwhelming– there are a TON of kids running around, most without any adults watching them. It is crazy loud and half of the time, there is a random little kid grabbing your butt or something. But really, its a kid’s place! I can’t hate– my little niece, and all of the other kids love this place.
I remember being a little kid and coming to this location with my parents. That creepy animatronic Chuck E Cheese that blinks and sings occasionally during random songs and birthday party announcements is still there. However, I remember there being a band of characters, that were lawsuit similar to McDonalds, on the center stage– but thats now gone. I also remember the pizza being really awesome. Thought that was maybe because I was a kid and didnt know better but it turns out this rat can really make a mean pizza. Chuck E Cheese pizza has an amazing crust and the perfect cheese sauce ratio. The kids love it, but even the adults can enjoy it! Talk about win-​win!
I must mention, Chuck E Cheese has kept up with the times. There are new games and flashing lights everywhere– its like a Las Vegas casino for the little kiddies. Those little munchkins leaning on the machines, sipping on their mountain dew from a sippy cup as they throw down their last token, hoping to win the jackpot of tickets. We are starting them young on that Las Vegas debauchery. Just a few more years, parents.
For the most part, this location is clean and well organized. They even stamp your hand when you enter to make sure you leave with the right kid!– you hear that parents, you can’t trade your kids in. They are on to you!

I would come here again, just spent my nieces 3^rd birthday here. Yeah everyone can whine && complain about all the kids and grossness or crazy ones. But those are the kids not the establishment. So stop crying! You can’t pick a normal day to come.
So based off that, for me the customer service was good, everyone was nice to me. And best thing of all, THE PIZZA DOES NOT (I repeat does not) SUCK HERE! woooooooo! I missed my childhood years of growing up with Chuckie Cheese pizza, last time I think one of the Ontario locations it was dry and gross. Here it came out hot, so you know they brought it out on time! The sauce was good, it just made me happy. Also got some wings which were yummy! They gave us a party table even though we didn’t have reservations, SWEET! Good times at Chuckie Cheese!
