I was just there about 20 minutes ago & I walked into a completely empty store. No employee in sight. I waited about 10 minutes before I just walked out. I was even signaling for some help in the back but there was nobody there. I wish I could give 0 stars because I don’t know how someone can have a business without somewhere there all times. Ridiculous. Two other people also walked in and left along with me. Avoid this place. And there phone number doesn’t even work by the way.

One word: POWDER. They use *powder* to make milk *tea*. What good establishment would do that for basic milk tea? Being new to the area, I decide to explore and try out the local boba establishments. It was a mistake to visit this place without checking reviews first. It took forever for them to make the bubble tea, and it’s the first time EVER I threw out my drink before even finishing half of it. It was just too nasty. Save yourself money and taste buds by not going here.

My friend and I went there only once. The place is dirty. The lady serving the drinks was on the computer for a long time before she finally decided to serve us. She was rude and brusque. The drinks took too long. And finally, the drinks are horrible. Never again I’ll go there. Period.

It’s not as bad everyone says it is. I missed the last bus so I had to call a cab and since I didn’t know the exact adress I walked in Boba Paradise. When I got into the place I was blinded with some pink light. There was an old couple watching this karaōke video and I remember thinking ”aaaaaah how cute!”. Since I did not really like(d) Boba, I asked them for their adress to call the cab. The place doesn’t look super professional, so when the lady handed me out their business card I was all impressed. When I called the cab, they kept staring at me with this smile and asked me if I wanted to wait inside for cab. They were old and were watching karaōke videos and I felt kinda guilty so I ordered a Hot Thai tea. It took him about 2 minutes to make the tea and I got it into this cute cup. Since the cab wasn’t there yet I just walked around the place. They had video games, old magazines, and everything had this pink glow and I was relieved when the cab finally arrived. When I walked out they waved to me and i was like ”AAAAAHHH” again. When I got into the cab I threw my Boba away, without tasting it. But I missed out on the next bus the next day and had to call another cab, I lost their card so I walked into their place again and asked for another business card. I felt stupid for asking them another card and I was kinda thirsty so I ordered another Hot Thai tea and actually drink it and actually liked it! When I left they waved again.:) If you don’t like their tea you can still stop by to play some video game or watch Karaōke.

This place has gone down hill since when it first opened. I have been here a couple of time in the past couple of years because i wanted to give them another chance. The drinks they make now are horrible and when your try to let them know that you ordered a taro milk tea and it tastes like watermelon or something they get upset. I went here with a group of friends last time, and everyone had been there when it first opened. We were all very upset with the quality of the drinks that we got and we all agreed that this is the last time that we are going to come here. I would have to tell anyone thinking of coming here to visit one of the other boba shops in the area. Its not worth the money or time that you would spend here. It’s a definite pass.

argh. SOBAD. We just finished at Macaroni Grill(see my other review), and were topping things off with a boba. Yay! I love boba tea. So four of us went in there, and were the only customers. The woman at the cash register didn’t look up, greet us, and or do anything but keep typing something on the cash register for like five minutes. We ordered basic stuff. Four hot boba milk teas(I think one was coffee tea), and that’s it. Two of our party was able to, at separate times, walk back to Macaroni Grill and use the restroom AND come back into Boba paradise before we got our tea. Seriously, it took like twenty minutes. And there were THREE people behind the counter. And we were the only ones there!!! My husband sent me a text: Are you shipping the boba from China? Is that what’s taking so long?(he was waiting in the car with the kids) How apt.

I love their boba! They’re perfectly chewy and just the right sweetness. Mmmm. The taro«real» smoothie is my favorite. Cute place to grab a boba drink. They have a variety of smoothies, milk teas, coffee, and food(haven’t tried the food yet though). Located in the Rolling Hills shopping plaza.
