I brought in a pair of boots on Monday around 1:00 and I told the man who helped me that I wanted them re-​heeled and re-​soled. He said that he would have them back by today (Friday) at the same time. I went in today and was told by someone else that they weren’t there yet and they would probably be there in about an hour.
Luckily for me I thought ahead and took a photo of my boots on their counter when I dropped them off because if they do not come back with my boots they will be writing me a check. Either way — I don’t know that I will ever come back here… again it will depend on how my boots look and feel when I get them back.

Do yourself a favor and please do not go to this establishment. The female receptionist is quite rude and lacks professional behavior. She had an attitude toward me as to why I do not know the reason for. The prices are ridiculous for a goose down comforter. The stains were not removed and the service was poor.

STAY AWAY! I would have to give this place no stars! The service was horrible and left me broke. I brought a dress in for alterations that I paid $ 200 on the dress to wear to my sons wedding. The woman had me try it on and pinned it at the length that I had wanted the dress to be at. Well when I came back in to try it on and pick it up… I put on the dress and it was so short that I couldn’t even lift my hands up without everything hanging out. When I asked why she had cut it so short her response was because of the layering she couldn’t cut it where she originally pinned it. And had to go from where the slit started.
The part that upsets me the most is I told her if she has any questions or any issues to contact me first before she does anything. When I came in there today to get the dress after she took a 5inch piece and just sewed it on the bottom to make it look longer she argued with me saying I lied and I admitted that it was all my fault. Who said anything at being at fault. She claimed I never gave her my number and that she never pinned it. That I told her to just cut it at that short of a length. To top it off she kept talking to the owner in another language and laughing at me while I was in tears because I had just purchased a dress for $ 200 that I can’t return now and I’m left with no money and no dress for my sons wedding.
So my advice to all you guys out there. Stay away from this place. They just do what they think looks good. They lie. And they laugh at you. I’m just so upset they would even treat their clients like this.

A hole in my favorite cashmere sweater!!! Unbelievable! But, it’s been sitting in my closet for months after coming back home from this cleaners that I fear it is too late to make a fuss.

Great service every time I come here. Owner is very friendly. Quality of work is great.
