Really excellent tasting pizzas. We ordered two half-and-half giants for delivery and they were prompt. Great value, I’d order from them again and try more. They even brought plates, napkins & souvenir cups! Fed our family of five for $ 40!

Well it is getting to the point where if I order from Vitos 3 out of four times they screw up. This last time was the final straw 3 subs all made wrong & with little meat. They did redo them but the driver was rude & had no apology. What ever happened to quality customer service?

This is rich, tasty, bready, cheesy goodness. Crispy cheese melted all the way out to the crust, dirt-cheap prices(mediums for 7 bucks!) and speeeeedy delivery to the business district(Grand Plaza Best Western) I am SO grateful I found this on my trip… nothing else is open around here after a show. FOUR dipping sauces with the Vito bread(4 dollars!!!) YGTBFKM! WOOTWOOTVITOS!!!

The star is for the service; not the product. If you desire cheesy bread, pizza, or subs, you would be a fool to order anywhere else. Vito’s is above and beyond anywhere else you could order in town, with the exception of pizzerias from which you cannot order delivery. Marcos? Papa John’s? Forget them. Vito’s dominates them. The reason why this review is a one star is for customer service only, and it is specific to this location. Numerous incidents of requesting a topping substituted for another have gone unheeded. Calls to complain resulted in a manager offering us free coupons, which we refused. Too often customers nitpick for free things. All we ask for is accuracy. I’m not sure how your average Joe tips for a $ 18-$ 25 pizza order(a deal with Vitos, because that would constitute one of their award winning specialty pizzas, plus their insanely addictive cheesy bread), but we average $ 5-$ 10. So much so that when we call they recognize our number and, while we are promised our food in 30 – 40 min., it is generally at our door within 20. The drivers are courteous and prompt. Wish I could say the same for the management. As stated above, whenever we have a complaint, which is often, we are offered free things. How about just correcting the problem? Get it right next time. Don’t give us hand-outs. The reason why I took the time to write the one star review is for two reasons. 1) I honestly considered contacting senior management for the treatment I received tonight and 2) If you have a similar experience, I don’t think this one dysfunctional location should turn you off from the franchise in general. Tonight we bought two subs(get fold-overs — they are awesome) and a «huge» cheesy bread. We normally use the $ 4.49 coupon for the small cheesy bread but Vito’s cheesy bread is the bomb. We requested only marinara + cheese dip with our bread. The coupon bread normally comes with three dips: ranch, cheese, and marinara. Our huge came with only marina and ranch(2), despite our request for copious amounts of cheese sauce and marinara. Maybe that isn’t that big of a deal. In fact, it is not. In light of the continuous lack of correction on the part of Vito’s, it kind of rubbed us the wrong way. But mistakes happen. Right? So, against better judgment — because come on, who really calls about sides of sauce? — we called. The gentleman who answered identified himself as a manager. And then he hung up on us after asking if we could hold. Not hung up like, «Where did the call go?» Hung up as in, this is how a phone slamming sounds like. So I called back. A different voice then identified HIM as the manager. He tried to offer me a coupon worth $ 16.99. He said it would be usable in 5 – 10 days. Well, given this location, I could have a wallet full of those cards. I refused it as I have every other time he offered it to me. But he was just trying to do me a favor, saying that to get the sauces we requested would take 30 – 45 min. I said I wanted the sauces. Mind you I have never asked them to come back for anything. Now, before you think I am an innocent victim, let me share with you this: after we discussed the fact that the sauces would take 30 – 45 min, we spent 10 minutes discussing what to do. We agreed upon not answering the door and wasting their time. After all, they have wasted ours how many times? We are human… but they didn’t give us a chance to be the b#stards we intended to be. Instead, before we got done with our revenge fantasies, a delivery driver showed up within 10 minutes to correct our order. Outstanding customer service, right? Nope. All the wrong sauces. And the lie that said it would take 30 min to get to us. Fire the manager. Promote the drivers — who are freaking saints — and instead promote somebody competent from the Lewis or Heatherdowns locations to take over. ** Do not let this review make you not order from Vito’s; just don’t substitute ingredients or expect any requests outside of the menu to be honored ** We’ve decided not to order from them in the mean time. And believe me, that is a sacrifice, because their product is amazing. This location just has to get it’s act together.
