Food is great. Loved my bowl but I am sitting here and compelled to write this review. Could the 2 women making salads be any more rude and unfriendly? I sat at a high top and have watched person after person go through the line and they don’t smile, they aren’t friendly and every time the woman makes a salad she throws the bowl making a loud slamming noise that is unnerving. The cashier is very nice but these other 2 need some lessons on how to treat guests. 6⁄8 at 1:20.

Ordered the Blue Collar without bacon and egg. The first mixer gave me an attitude about my requests. The 2nd mixer then added a handful of bacon to my salad. I said I didn’t want bacon and the first mixer starts yelling down the line«I didn’t add bacon to your salad!». The 2nd mixer then tried to pick the bacon off my salad instead of making a new one for me. I’m a vegetarian so I asked her to make a new one. I then make it down to the cashier and can hardly understand what she says. She rings me up and my salad was over $ 12! Won’t be coming back. Rude employees, overpriced and not even that great tasting.

I love the food, BUT… I’m just about ready to stop coming here with my family because of the absolutely horrible service we keep on getting. The mixers I’ve gotten are rude. It’s like soup-nazi, except with salad rude. Snapping at you for asking for a different kind of chicken rude. The assembly line process is literally insane. Then first person will ask you if you want the order to stay or to go. So will the second. The third will then make your bowl soup in a tiny to go container while you are trying to get the second person to make a salad properly, and then look at you surprised when you say that the rest of the items are yours because they’re not packed to go and then despite your protests starts packing them up while the cashier, whom you have also told about the nature of your order helpfully starts getting out a plastic bag. It is infuriating. Speaking of the cashier, the one we have gotten every time we come here is practically incomprehensible. It’s a strange combination of low talking, brusqueness, attitude, and accent. That being said, like the mulligatawny in Seinfeld, the food keeps us coming back. For now.

Awesome salad/wrap place! Love making my own! This place is always busy and can be hard to grab a seat during lunch, but totally worth it!

Come here every once in a while. The salad ingredients and proteins are always fresh and delicious. But I am writing my first review of Nalley Fresh today centered around the cup of Roasted Pepper with Gouda soup I ordered for lunch to go with my Healthy Salad with salmon. I truly wish I ordered a bowl, it’s that delicious! I may have to go back for dinner tonight for an entire bowl of the soup!

Came on a busy Saturday afternoon and it was packed! Having gone to a different location I was able to breeze through the options and pick my rice bowl. The service was friendly and fast! The chicken was okay, opt for what ever pork or beef they have it’s awesome! The lemon aid was also very tastey!

What a cool place! I came at 1:10, pretty late for lunch, but the rush was still going strong. The restaurant was packed– no tables available! I ordered a brown rice bowl in their assembly-style line with black beans, chicken, spring mix, jalapeños, avocado, egg, carrot, mushroom, quinoa, and chicken broth as a dressing. Their portions are fairly large. But they are DELICIOUS! I couldn’t believe how perfect their food was. The interior of the restaurant was pretty roomy and nicely decorated, and the long line moved fast. Will definitely be returning! I loved how this place offers genuinely healthy food, no drenching in fatty dressings or preservatives. We need more of these in the world!

Everything here is perfect. The people working are fast and efficient. The food is fresh, healthy and flavorful. The prices are cheap! I would eat here everyday for lunch if I lived closer. Seriously, don’t be intimidated or suckered into thinking this is a salad bar. Oh, and get the chicken broth on your bowl; it brings everything together. Seriously, if you don’t like this, there’s something wrong…

For REALLY fresh salads and wraps this is a nice casual place. You get to pick out all the toppings or do a pre defined salad or wrap.

Place is yummy. Kind of hesitant at first. For what reason? I have no idea. I built my own salad and they had plenty of options from veggies, to meats. All the toppings in the salad were very fresh. They were very generous with everything. My friend got a wrap and the wrap looked very big to me. What I loved about the salad was how fresh the lettuce was. Will be coming back

First time at this chain and overall I really enjoyed it. It would of had 5 stars if it wasn’t so pricey(although I did pay $ 2.00 extra for avocado and egg). Anyways this place has an amazing selection of add ins to your salad wrap or soup. I got a salad and went to town with the toppings. I wish the ingredients were a little colder but other than than the serving size was enough for 2 people and tasted amazing! I will definitely be back to try other things but probably won’t be adding on avocado and egg again.

This place is sweet. Pretty pricey, but you do get a lot of fresh food and you pay for convenience and options. Nalley has a variety of bowls or salads, and even wraps. Each day they have a lot of protein options that are included in the base price but also«special» proteins that add money that are rotate each day. So — you can do one of their creations or pretty much make your own thing from scratch. It’s easier for me to just say«yep — I want the X with everything it says,» because I get annoyed by obnoxious people in line that yell at the worker for YEAHJUST A LITTLEDRESSING. ONETOMATO. UM I SEETWOTOMATOES. OKOK. NOWSOMELETTUCE, MAYBETWOCARROTS, UMMM… ugh. Nonetheless, staff are always super pleasant and the place is very clean. Would recommend if you are in the area and want something filling and healthy(as your main meal of the day probably, since it’s not exactly cheap).

Wife and I stopped here again for a later lunch/early dinner. We both got a non meat, plant based meal. I got a brown rice bowl, and she got a wrap. Simply the best, freshest ingredients there are. I love the fact they have non meat proteins to choose from as well as meat and seafood options to choose for a protein to build your meal around. Great ingredients, friendly staff, and to make it even better a rewards program that is easy. Every time you purchase food, you enter your phone number, and after so many meals, you get a free meal. Win… win.

I was introduced to the brand via the Baltimore Street location downtown, and it’s just as good here as it is there. They seem to have more options here, or it could be my imagination, but it’s always plentiful and served up with a smile. It’s pretty easy to go hog-wild here with the ingredients and make a REALLY bad bowl — but that’s the customer’s fault and doesn’t bear on the employees here, who are always very nice and willing to help you out with suggestions. There are a couple of things that aren’t my cup of tea at this location, though — — The floors are made of this irritating«pebble/rock» style laminate, which wouldn’t be a huge deal if I didn’t have to roll a big stroller over it. My poor daughter was wobbled around so much that if she’d been holding a glass of milk, she’d have had a shake by the time we got to the table. — I don’t know if it’s the volume of people at this location or what, but more than once I’ve visited here and it hasn’t been the cleanest of atmospheres. Tables are sometimes dirty and unwashed, with bits of Nalley ingredients laying everywhere. This is NOT the case in any other Nalley I’ve been to. — For the size of this place, it feels kind of claustrophobic inside. Again, it could be because I’m lugging around a stroller that’s the size of a Smart Car, but still… It’s not enough to make me not come back, because the food is very good and the service shines, just like all the other stores. I’ll just try to eat outside, I think.

I agree with so many other, this place is a rip off. They give you 2 – 3 oz. of protein. Ask for more and they freak out. COMEON, are the margins that tight. You’re selling salads for $ 15, twice Wegman ’ $ 8.99/lb. and 4X normal all you eat salad bars. The staff also rushes you along like ignorant cattle. If you ask what some topping is they sigh like you’re wasting their time. They’re goal, rush you through the line, give you as little as posible and charge you $ 15. RECOMEDATIONS — Customers: Take your money over to Jason’s Dell salad bar or any other all you can eat. Owner: Slow down and take customers order properly. Stop being so cheap and give proper amounts of protein per dish! Every $ you save with measuring every piece, you lose 20 customer(me included). Head the warnings from your customers. Many, so many, shops like yours have come and gone.

This local brand is really starting to flourish as the premier healthy fast-ish food option in Baltimore County. Offering a variety of creative options, any menu item can be completely customized or you can create one from scratch. Every location celebrates the freshest of locally sourced ingredients. The taste of each dish is obvious validation of that effort. The Timonium location features a good-sized outdoor seating option, with roughly 10 tables. The plaza they’re in always offers good people watching, and the outdoor patio is under an overhang so most evenings you’re in the shade. The service at this place is always solid, but at times feels a bit rushed. If you’re going here for the first time, you’ll find yourself ordering something, and then being caught off guard as each station in the ordering process barks out options for your immediate choosing. After this first baptism, it starts to feel normal. This place is a vegan’s dream come true, but there are plenty of meat options as well. My favorite item is the sweet potato bowl($ 8). It’s a wild combination of elements that I’d never independently mix(sweet potato, chicken bacon, white vinaigrette dressing, etc.). Very enjoyable! Anyways, this is by far the healthiest place to eat in Baltimore County. If you’re trying to change your body and want to really adjust your diet, this place will prove as a meaningful piece of the puzzle if you tend to eat out more often than not. 4-stars is the rating! What about 5? It’s more of a format thing with me. I can’t give 5 stars to this type of restaurant format. So, it’s as good as this format can get.

My first visit and it won’t be my last. Jason was helpful as I selected my base, protein and toppings. I chose brown rice, Old Bay chicken, a combo of spinach and spring mix, roasted beets, edamame, quinoa, chicken bacon(who knew), corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, green and red peppers, craisins, and a little bit of broth. I worried that it would be overkill but the medley of flavors and textures made my taste buds hum and my heart soar. So happy I gave this place a try. I will be back with friends.

I’ve been to Nalley Fresh a few times. Each time I go I usually pick a vegetarian friendly option off the board. THEGOOD… –place is clean –staff is friendly –several options to pick from THEBAD… –kinda pricey for what it is –not very organic-friendly(at least not that I can see) –lots of the noodle bowls are drowned in sauces/stock to make it taste better Overall this place is simply OK. It is not a bad spot to grab something quick that has more healthier options. If I want something along these lines I’ll just go to Chipotle or Noodles and Co.
