U-Haul Moving & Storage of Tilton

Two years ago I rented a large storage locker at this business. It was the closest one to my house and I was in a bind from a terribly stressful move. At the time, I noticed the deplorable condition of the facility. The exterior of the buildings were covered with a wood product that had round stones epoxied to the wood. The trouble is, where the rain splashed the bottom of the building because there are no gutters, the wood had rotted in many places.
My locker had holes in the outside wall large enough to pass a grapefruit through. That’s plenty of space for large rodents to enter and nest. I assumed the owner of the facility would take care of the holes in my unit as they were as visible as the holes in many other lockers. But such was not the case.
I finally was able to build my own large storage shed on my property this summer and I just moved my prized possessions from this dilapidated U-​Haul facility.
I urge you to go look at other nearby self-​storage businesses before you decide to spend your money here.
