Every 3 mins and 25 seconds(yes I timed it, that’s how loud it is) the heater/air conditioner kicks on so loud it makes it impossible to sleep or hear the television. When I called the front desk they said it does that to keep the heater from freezing and there’s nothing they can do, it can’t be shut off. 2 nights without sleep… there’s something I can do, never stay here again.

Everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn located in the middle of NH. I’ve stayed here a few times over the past couple years and it has always been good to me. Rate is usually pretty reasonable and regularly drops to $ 99/night. Very close to the Outlets. I suppose if you were coming from a good distance away, you won’t find a better deal than this Hampton.

5 stars for the comparison to other hotels in the same price range. I love Hampton Inn, kind of know already what to expect. All of the Hampton Inns are similar. Comfy bed, clean, and satisfaction guaranteed, or you won’t be charged(never had to use). WIFI available. The breakfast options in the morning are sure to please. Hot and cold offerings. Not bad at all. The lobby has free coffee, assorted offering of Bigelow teas and hot cocoa available for free, 24⁄7. The coffee is alright. If you hit the lobby at the right time you can get warm cookies. Small fitness room that has a water dispenser. This particular HI has a hot tub and a small pool which are kept up nicely. Some of the reviews mention noise being a problem, The night we stayed was quiet. This HI is located across the street from the Tanger Outlets. Not that far from Laconia. This is where we stayed when we went to Funspot.

Nice hotel, nothing special just your typical Hampton inn. Close to what seemed to be the only restaurants in the area. My only concern was how they had to reiterate a million times that my bed sheets were clean. I had just assumed that a hotel always have clean sheets.

Good mid level chain hotel by Hilton. Typical chain hotel room with slightly more upscale furniture and bedding. Great bathroom. Typical morning breakfast offerings but slight better in that fresh cut fruit is offered. Very well maintained and very clean. I don’t know why some people write in their reviews ‘for an older hotel’, it’s probably around 5 years old. Decent, friendly staff.

What I love about all Hampton Inn’s is that they are all(to a certain extent) the same. The complimentary breakfast and WIFI, clean room and fresh sheets. This place had a decently sized jacuzzi which I of course utilized. Over all a nice place. However, this location lost a star for excessive noise. There was an overload of slamming of doors and kids yelling.

I had to down rate this particular Hampton Inn just because it’s so noisy! Road noise and noise from adjacent as well as upstairs rooms kept us up most of the night. We hadn’t thought to ask for a quiet room, if there is one to be had here, because we’ve never encountered this much noise at a Hampton before. Perhaps it’s because it’s an older hotel that never got much soundproofing. Replacing the windows would probably help, as well. Otherwise, this Hampton is similar to others in that staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast that’s included has a variety of mostly high carb dishes that will take the edge off your hunger in the morning.

Hampton Inn has always been my fave hotel chain, and the Tilton property does not disappoint. I’ve spent the last three Christmases here, and I have always found the rooms and facilities to be clean and accommodating. The staff has been friendlier in years past, but I always check in on Christmas Eve — I’m sure these folks would rather be home with their families. I’ll give ‘em a pass :)

This one nice hotel at a good price. I was going to be in the Lakes Region and White Mountains for a few days visiting friends and working on a project, so I went for a cheap room at this hotel. I don’t like to impose myself as an overnight guest with friends for more than one night, especially during the workweek. Upon arrival, they told me that I had been upgraded from a standard room to a suite for no extra charge, and since I was there for several days, the extra space turned out to be much appreciated. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, and the cleaning service each day did a great job. I also used the hot tub and pool which were both really nice to have at the end of the day. It’s also in a good location, convenient o the Lakes Region and the White Mountains, which plenty of things to do in the area. The price is also very reasonable, and is on level with some of the lower tier hotel chains. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

Clean, fairly new. Shower had a massage head which helped with water pressure. Nice jacuzzi, smallish pool. Continental breakfast is better than most chains. 32 inch hd tv.
