Starbucks

Horrible experience. I ordered Starbucks purple drink which is in there secret menu but really is passion tea w soy milk so not hard to make. And the staff was so rude they where talking loudly saying (that’s disgusting why would you order that) and on and on made me feel uncomfortable. I love Starbucks and the baristas near where I live are so friendly maybe these girls need to go work at Dunkin donuts.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to and unfortunately the closest to me. The line was out the door and instead of running 2 registers, 1 employee took the orders and another wrote them on the cups. The employees are so unfriendly and seem unhappy. The person who I believe is the manager is the worst of them all.

Oven broken. Both restrooms out of service. Awful dirty floor, counters and table. Little food available. Who exactly manages this store? I understand that bad days happen, but this is an exceptional failure. Worst Starbucks experience ever.

Do you ever wonder where that guy with mass plates driving a foreign truck zooming down the passing lane in a snow storm is headed?
He’s either headed straight for the ditch or this Starbucks.
The staff here can be somewhat friendly at times. I cannot recall ever having them screw up a order and are very prompt. They remember that I like to order the same thing each time I visit. Maybe they should train the baristas in Northern Utah.
Seating can be limited, especially on the weekend. People from Mass love to hog and loiter at the large tables here.
Internet seems fast.
Bathrooms are clean here. Checking out how clean the bathrooms are is a good way to determine the health/​cleanliness standards in a food establishment.
–1 point for the Mass clientele. They are in a huge hurry, inconsiderate, brash and unaware that there are other people in the world other than themselves. This however can be said for all of Tilton unfortunately and the reason why I reluctantly left the area.
Not sure what Starbucks has to do with a tax free outlet mall. Are the Pumpkin spice lattes served here left over from last year?

Great Starbucks; clean, spacious inside, great staff, always a pleasant experience. Also great location to stop by and get a coffe.

Bunch of great folks work here. They basically knew my order after my third trip in. Nice ambiance. The line can be overwhelming at times but if you’re not in a rush its not a big deal

Holy hard to find batman! Maybe it’s because I’m not from around these parts, but I found it difficult to locate.
It was worth of course… its Starbucks after all…

Stood in line ordered my large pikes place.
Waited by counter with everyone. After close to 20 minutes I finally got someone’s attention. I asked about my order. Then the lady with frizzy hair and the green glasses comes over. I ask about my order she points at a cup on the counter. I is that mine? She opens the top and says its coffee. Rolls her eyes and walks away. So I paid for a cup of kinda warm coffee and a large order of attitude and waiting and watching everyone else get there coffee. I’ll buy my own beans and plan better. Not going back

The coffee is always consistent and the service is superior. My problem is with their breakfast sandwiches. They are always cold in the center. If I am going to go out of my way and pay extra money for a sandwich, it had better be to health code standards. This is the third sandwich I’ve gotten that was cold in the middle. I spoke up about it today and the clerk said the corp office took away their ability to cook them longer. This is a health hazard! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the coffee and service.

Great StarbucKs, fast friendly baristas. Clean bathrooms, and a book shelf in front with books and magazines to browse while you’re here, with kid books too!

This is my «home away from home». The staff is simply fantastic and I love the coffee. My favorite is a Café Americano and they certainly know how to make it right. It’s always clean, the staff is always attentive and helpful and I have never had anything approaching a bad experience there. Enjoy!
