I go to Dunkin Donuts often so I know the good from the bad. This one is on the lower end but I do go here often since its the most convenient. Seems you need to go through the drive through to get better service.
The manager does not know how to manage his workers and it was obvious on two occasions. On one of these occasions, I needed to say something to him and a female worker needed to make up an excuse for him. All he said was… I am the manager.
