This place has a particular rude cashier who has a horrible attitude and doesn’t care about making the customer feel welcomed in any way. When I first walked up to the counter I sensed a stressed out demeanor and after ordering, the person, knowing that she was doing a poor job, felt the need to say«sorry, I’m having a really bad day». I’m sorry, but I’m pretty sure customer service 101 says that you should not shove your bad day upon the customer. I don’t want to hear about your bad day anymore than you want to hear about mind. Thanks for the unpleasant experience.

This is a busy store and unfortunately, the workers are the fastest. Except for one decaf hot coffee which was almost warm, I have had no bad experiences at this store.
