Awful customer service every time. I know it’s inexpensive clothing but at least talk to me!

very poor customer service. There was a sign that said 50% off entire store with no fine print on it. It was a very big sign located right outside the store, the first thing you see as you enter the store. we tried to buy two pairs of shoes we found on clearance and they did not give us the discount same clearance is not included on the special. I ask for the manager to come out and look at the sign I told her that that is false advertisement and is illegal and she laughed at me I then called the store manager to come look at the sign and he showed me that in very small print on other signs in the store it says clearance not included but the large sign out front did not say that. I told the store manager that was very misleading and they should probably remove that sign and he said he will not do that and that he helped over a thousand people today and none of them has a problem with the sign. I told him that wasn’t right and he closed the door right as I was speaking to him in mid-​sentence period store managers name was Steve lesser manager’s name was Casey, casey was the 1 one who laughs when I told her that is false advertisement.

Unfortunately I tried to return 2 tops that had been given to me as a gift, and couldn’t get enough store credit to exchange them for just one top. And the 2 managers were not willing to do an exchange without a receipt. So, moving on. Not a place to shop.

Decent store with awesome clearance racks. The staff are always helpful and courteous, and the lines are never too long. All in all, a nice store but nothing spectacular.

I like Old Navy clothing. It is usually affordable and well made. They do have great sales and clearance racks. It was always a great place to find a nice pair of jeans, especially when my girls were growing up. They wore a lot of Old Navy clothing.
This Old Navy location is just okay. Not the greatest. It is well stocked but the clothes always seem to be picked over and they are always out of the most popular sizes. It seems like they never can restock them quick enough.
The employees are nice and helpful. Sometimes it is hard to find one to get some help though. The checkout line is always long. I have never been there when there is not a line. When it comes time to check out, the employees seem to move pretty slow. I have also had some issues when it comes to using coupons, being told that I had to spend a certain amount, even though it was not stated on the coupon.
I come here once in a while because it is convenient, but it is not my favorite Old Navy location.

The best old navy in the area.
The store is pretty big and they’re usually always pretty well stocked!

The staff at this store have always been very polite and helpful. The store is also cleaner than other Old Navy’s such as the one in Ventura. The sizes are usually always in store. I enjoy coming here.

The Old Navy brand and style has been consistently good for kids and adults. The clothing is well made, wears well over time and the prices are reasonable for the most part. We always start in the clearance section and work our way up. This particular store is not as convenient to get to as compared to other Old Navy stores but nonetheless worth the trip.

The best chain of stores to buy a pair of no non sense jeans and sweatshirts.
They really have not changed with the times though.
This store has helpful staff and short checkout lines.

I have to honestly say, I really do like the brand, Old Navy. I like that it is decent quality for the price. What I don’t like is this Old Navy store. I find the location not that accessible. Other Old Navy stores are usually located in malls and I think that is so much easier to shop because there are other stores to also visit. I also don’t care for some of the people working here. They seem like they are there to just ring you up at the register and nothing more. I have been to other Old Navy stores and the people there are very friendly and try and actually help you find what you are looking for. I guess going on line would be a better alternative if you would rather not hassle going to this location. Or, maybe try a completely different brand and shop there. Hope you have more luck then I have had!

Its Old Navy, I can’t complain.
They have some great sales sometimes, and they’re always affordable.
I basically live in their cargo shorts and flip flops.
Never had an issue.

Tried to return a sweater, past the 90 days policy. They not only refused to refund my money but would not give store credit which I would have been happy to receive.
OLD NAVY wanted to give back only what the most recent sale price was which was about $ 2.40. The item was never worn and still had tags listed for $ 13.00
Too bad they didn’t refund my money. I was going to spend a lot more then what they would have refunded me and more.
Will not shop here again.

Bought a $ 10 shirt there, had a hole in it I noticed the first time I wore it– took it back with the original tag and reciept– girls up front would not take it back b/​c they said they can’t take back worn merch.- finally gave in and refunded my money after a lot of discussion between us– gave them 2 stars b/​c they finally did the right thing refunding me for defective merch– won’t shop here again– if you sell stuff that gets a hole in it the first wearing you should be willing to take it back or exchange (i know, you get what you pay for, but still…)
