My husband expressed interest today 6/10,in checking out the sofas. Terrible customer service. Awful first impression. We were literally the only customers in the store & the young lady ignored us. Also the products seemed quite soft, not firm, which I prefer. We will not return.

Great place and fantastic employees!!! They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and took their time to explain all the various types of sacs. I just stopped in to check in on the selection but I will definitely be buying something from them soon.

I remember the first Lovesac I ever purchased. These are not only great toys, but they are very comfortable. This store is merchandised well and they even carry a sofa line! Very cool place!

The staff at this location are awesome, I dealt with a Lady named Lisa (pretty sure thats her name) I went in with a cover problem, it was too big for my lovesac. She did everything she could to help me and even called me and kept me updated with what was happening with my issue. It got resolved and I couldn’t be happier with the the customer service and awesome attitudes of the people who work there! Thank you!

We have been to this store several times to sit in the sacks because they are so comfortable. Plus, there is always a cast of very hot women working there.
This weeks task is to move out all the furniture from my office to make way for one of these bad boys and make it a TV room. The cast there is always nice, and knowledgeable, and encourage you to take a load off and try the sac’s.
Mika and Jackie are a tremendous help navigating the various designs, fabrics and configurations…
Hopefully ill have one of these this week.

Came here with a friend while they talked to a lady that worked here about buying one of those big bean bag type things. They are very comfortable but pretty ugly. Maybe they should start making them in different styles or something.

I remember the first time I walked into a LoveSac store (I believe at the Block), I had to have one of their lovely sacs! I have wanted a LoveSac for years, but we always had enough seating for ourselves and guests.
Long story short, yesterday we had no furniture. Luckily, we are close to The Oaks store, and every time I have gone in their employees are very chill and willing to answer questions. Jordan was really cool as we needed a PillowSac today, if not yesterday, and given our unique position, he was able to help us out with our order. I can definitely appreciate the customer service :) I am really happy with my PillowSac and Rocker; it’s everything I could hope for and more!
Also, my cat loves it.
