I’m very fussy about my eyebrows and have had them done by some of the major eyebrow stylists (is that an actual term?) in NYC. No one compares to Josie. By far, she has done the best job with my brows. The shape is always perfect. Highly recommend.

I have gone to Josie for waxing (eyebrows and sometimes bikini) for years. I also get a lot of my skin care products from her. She is THE BEST. I’ve lived in LA now for almost 5 years, and I STILL go back to her every time I’m in town to visit my family. The waxing is as painless as it can get, and I have always been really pleased with her suggestions for products.

I have been getting Brazilian waxes for over 15 years so I’ve had plenty of experiences. I can say Josie’s waxing was the least painful I’ve ever had. She’s quick and her technique is great, so you’re out of there fast and the «torture» doesn’t last long… lol She also sprayed something on me to kind of numb the bikini area and I think it definitely helped. The fact that you can make your appointments online is a huge plus. Prices are good, same as in other areas of Thousand Oaks. I’ll be going back.

I have been coming here for almost 6 years to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and sometimes my eylashes tinted as well. Josie is the best. She knows what she’s doing and she’s a true professional. The salon is always clean, and she’s always on time with appointments. It’s easy to schedule an appointment through her website. Highly recommend her.

Josie is fantastic. Wonderful facials, waxing and overall skincare. She has helped my son with teenage skin issues, my husband with terrific aftershave care products and me with keeping me young and beautiful. I can’t say enough about Josie and her personalized service. Treat yourself, you are worth it!

12÷11÷11 I continue to be very pleased with Josie and her services. In addition to being a very skilled esthetician, she is smart, conscientious, and genuine. Because of this, I trust her implicitly… and there are very few service folks that I can say this about.
I don’t want this to turn into a rant, but because I know that Josie is a good, honest person who is doing her best to run a business in this tough economy, it really irks me to see that Unilocal (Big Brother!!!) in all of its wisdom has filtered some of her reviews (Stacy and Alissa B)… especially when I know these are real people (I’ve met them) — Alissa’s picture is on Josie’s webpage, for goodness sake!

Josie will work with you to figure out the appropriate facial and I cannot say enough about the new «oxygen» treatment she performed on me two weeks ago. It is brilliant for clearing up breakouts and making your skin feeling very smooth. She is also excellent at eyebrow shaping not to mention a very sweet person as well. Make appointments online via her website and park behind the building.

Josie is as good as it gets when it comes to estheticians. I used to come here semi-​regularly when I worked at the Cat Dr. and I haven’t found another «waxing artist» who’s as good so I stopped getting waxed…
Although it’s a lil pricey it’s definitely worth it.
Parking in back and appts via her website are recommended.
