G3 Carwash

Been going to this place for years now-​despite the fact that the washes are just so-​so. Just noticed that I was charged $ 23.00 for a $ 10.00 wash that I had a $ 2 off code for. When I tried contacting the numbers listed on the internet, one was the wrong number and the other was disconnected. Way shady! Buyer beware…

Codes they send via text do not work. Nothing special for the price they charge. Horrible customer service. Phoned about codes not working approximately 2 months ago, still waiting for a call back. Too many other car washes around. I’ll move on to a different one. Can just imagine if something happened to my car by their wash, deny, deny, deny. No call back.

I always passed by this place when I go to Costco and wanted to get that dried rain and dust off my car. I never been here before so I decided to get the «platinum» wash (top of the line) because it lists about a dozen things it’s supposed to do. There were two cars ahead of me and the wash is really slow. About 30 minutes later i pull the car into the wash and it’s a touch-​less wash system… afterwards, I inspect the car and the entire trunk area looked as if it wasn’t even washed! The dust and dried rain was still there. I give it one star because of I pay for the top service, I expect the top quality it advertises. I could of paid half the price and gotten my car CLEANER at the gas station car wash.
So if you have time to waste, money to burn, and like paying for something you don’t get… then this is the place for you.

Do NOT use this car wash using a credit or debit card. They routinely double — or in my case recently — quadruple-​charge your card. Then it’s a nightmare trying to reverse the charges.

This is my local auto wash. Seems to be a bit neglected although several folks here today servicing the two auto wash bays.
The wash seems a bit slower than others but in general does a good job. Wash has been closed a lot in the past when the temp was below 40, hopefully the facility is under new management.
No air dry with Gold wash? No description of what the difference is between each wash.
