This store has a unique selection of metal art in addition to all their women’s accessories. It is a great «little bit of everything» store. The owners and the store clerks are very helpful and courteous. It is well worth the trip.

We purchased several pieces of jewelry and a purse this past Friday for my daughter’s homecoming on Saturday. The dance was from 7 – 10. In that 3 hour time, the purse zipper broke AND the decorative bow nearly fell off and is hanging by one thread. On Sunday, we returned to the store with the purse, bag, and receipt. The manager tells me,“unfortunately, all sales are final”. I agreed, telling her that I was aware of their policy and that I completely understood as it protects them from having people returning merchandise after using it for a one-time formal occasion, but that clearly there was a problem with this purse that was purchased less than 48 hours ago and used for less than 3 hours! She wouldn’t budge. What a huge disappointment. Not once did she offer to compromise or switch it out with another. Sometimes I feel businesses forget about being reasonable in order to stick to a policy. I lost out on my $ 24 but she lost out on my future business!

This store is located in Spanish Springs in The Villages, Florida. It’s the «go to» spot for women who are looking for costume jewelry to accessorize their outfits as well as a good spot to find a scarf. They also have a collection of framed art.
You can certainly find gifts there at a good price, but be warned — they do NOT stand behind their products. I made a purchase there, had a problem with it, emailed them, called them, mailed them, and what I received was promises to replace my article with another, but it never happened.
I have emailed them again to let them know how disappointed I am in them, if for nothing else, leading me to believe that they would stand behind their product and replace the flawed version with a fixed one.
Unfortunately (or fortunately?), I am back in this area usually at least once per year, but will never enter this store again. It’s the honesty that I want — not the careless ignoring of my issue.
Just thought you should be forewarned.
