This is my least favorite Starbucks ever… the workers are almost always slow and in a foul mood. And if your thinking of placing a Mobile order think again… they never check for new orders so you have to wait 15min or longer to get your order after your get there.

This place is down right amazing! All the employees are wonderful and super sweet. They always make my drinks to perfection and give impeccable customer service. I refuse to go to any other location now but this one. You rock on with your bad selves and keep it up!

I love this location. The drinks are always good. The staff is nice and it’s a good location to just sit back and people watch.
My favorite thing about this location is that it seems I’m always meeting travelers. Last week I spent hours talking to a couple from Germany. Today I sat back and talked to a family from Australia.
Anyway, this location requires a tiny bit of a walk depending on where you park, but it’s my favorite.

If I could give them no star, I would. This location does not deserve any star at all. I understand the place gets super busy because it’s located IN the outlet mall but can you practice a little bit of customer service skills? Especially the Mikaila, you can at least look or smile at your customer once in awhile!

This isn’t a Starbucks! It’s a hotel. They may serve Starbucks coffee, but unless you need coffee AND a place to stay… go to a different“Starbucks” location.
