extremely SLOW drive thru! Waiting 10 minutes for one car to inch forward. You’d think they were making a whole meal not 12oz coffee. Customer service is pretty ok… Depending on the day. The main win is convenient location.

Worst Starbucks ever! They always take forever in the drive-​thru and they’ve gotten my order wrong more than a few times! I only gave 3 stars because the employees are pleasant here.

This Starbucks consistently delivers a less than ideal experience. The drive-​thru is nearly always much slower than it needs to be, leading to some extremely long lines of cars even during less busy, non-​peak hours. Additionally the staff generally does not wipe down your cups before handing them to you. If you order a frappucino be prepared to be handed a very messy cup with crème running down the side, and no napkin.
Update 02÷17÷16: I suspect a management change has taken place at this Starbucks. The last 5 times I went there my order has been exactly correct. The drive-​thru appears to me moving much faster as well. Whether it was management or personnel turnover that improved things, it’s definitely noticeable. Keep it up!

First time here. Was worried about the long line, but it moved very quickly, The girl at the drive-​through menu was very easy to understand, and the girl at the window was polite. My drink was hot and correct :)

So slow!!! The drive-​thru is at least 10 minutes every time. The store is nice inside but they are always out of Madeleine cookies

This location is notoriously slow and consistently gets my order wrong. For some reason there’s always a long line. If I’m with someone that insists on coming here I just get plain coffee or iced coffee, no espresso because last few times I’ve gotten espresso drinks it tasted burnt. I’ve had them put the wrong flavor syrup in my drink more than once. ¾ of the workers I’ve encountered were horribly rude. There was a girl that worked in there that was super nice and always conversed with the customers but I don’t think she works there anymore.
I usually just drive to the League City Starbucks because it’s worth it to me to spend 10 extra minutes in the car than deal with this Starbucks.

This has been my most frequented Starbucks way before I started Unilocaling so I’ve been sold on this location for quite some time. The employees are friendly and always remember you (especially when you’re a regular of course) and they are always helpful when you’re indecisive. I don’t have any complaints other than parking is a pain sometimes but besides that this location will always be one of my favorite Starbucks.

The staff is super nice but slow. I waited for my drink for around 10 minutes. It turns out the berista read my order wrong on the cup. Instead of the Java Chip I ordered, she had made a pumpkin something. On the upside, I got both drinks!

Giving Starbucks a bad name. This is the slowest Starbucks that I know of. Not just once but about 90% of the time. Always a long drive they line and even slower if you go inside.
Today they had a massive line outside so I opted to go in. They had two people who early worked there, sitting behind the bar on the customer side. One lady making drinks as she gossiped about her weekend to the others behind the bar.
The customers don’t care about a friend that went to jail last night. They want you to do your job and serve coffee in a quick manner.
I only keep coming back because it is near my house. I don’t understand what the Manager is doing about this? They have to be aware of the time issue.

The place is small, but there’s enough seats, especially outside. Baristas are a hit or miss; some of them love you, some of them hate you. But I guess that’s okay since I’m just here sipping coffee and using the free-​wifi?

When people think of how Starbucks is killing the local coffee businesses, this is the establishment that I think of. The staff is nice, but slow and complacent. They’re more than happy to make a simple drink, but everything about this location (including the staff) lacks personality.
The restrooms are clean, but everything else is covered in a layer of crumbs that looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned recently. When the barista making my drink exclaimed, «ew!» when grabbing the syrup bottle, I realized it wasn’t just me being hyper critical of a Starbucks that isn’t my usual, fast and clean one.

I love this Starbucks! I have been going there for years. The baristas make it a piont to know your name, and the service is pretty snappy. I study here quite often and it does not get too packed ever or too noisy. This is definitely my go-​to starbucks. It is very commercialized if you are used to the traditional coffee houses.

Staff: friendly, doesn’t really smile but good enough with trying to make your day
Space: I have been to bigger starbucks with more room and types of furnitures to work with. This Starbucks feels a lot smaller, that’s why I gave it a four star
There is only one window area with the door so if you want sunlight or some kinda non-​claustrophobic feeling, you better wish there is no one sitting in those spots. They usually are the first to go.
