Not worth it. This place is ok depending on who you see, but that’s getting old especially after my last visit. The woman I saw filed my nails crooked and made every finger bleed as she tried getting the gel off my nails with a nail file and kept scraping my skin. She also made me put each finger into the gel drier individually which took FOREVER. I have no idea what the point of that was but it was ridiculous. They also told me it would be a 10 minute wait when I arrived and that turned into 25 minutes, and by the time I was done with my nails I skipped the eyebrow wax I’d asked for originally (which had been forgotten about at that point by them anyway). Also not that clean, the equipment is definitely not sterilized routinely like other salons that open up a clean set in front of you. Needless to say I will not be back.

I love it here, I’ve been to other places in Tewksbury, but nobody compares. Tammy, Philip and the rest of the staff are amazing and actually get to know you on a personal level not just $$$. The pedicures are wonderful and the back massaging chair is a nice bonus. The acrylic nails are filed so thin they look like real nails. I got a gel manicure done a few months ago and 3 of them started peeling (I’m very rough with my hands) Tammy fixed them asap, no questions asked and wouldn’t accept a tip. Tammy takes pride in her business and loves to see customers happy. I stopped in there Thursday and she was scrubbing the foot baths, they are a team. Its extremely clean and very relaxing. I highly recommend you give this place a try, you won’t regret it!

It makes me really sad to write this review. I really liked the people that worked here and had a good relaxing time every time I went. The last time I went I was rushing around to go to my holiday Gala that was in the city that night. I was on a tight budget that week but really wanted my nails done for this event so I splurged! When I went to pay he ran my card once and it came back «error» he went to swipe it again and before he did so I pleaded with him that it would not be charged again, he promised it would not. I went over to the liquor store to buy some champagne for that night and my card got declined. Knowing the only way that would have happened is if they did I fact charge me twice. I Call my bank and that’s exactly what happened. I went back over to the salon only to rudely be told that there was nothing they could do because they only see the one charge even though I was showing them my online baking that says two charges were taken out. After contacting the BBB magically $ 65 ended back in my account a week later. Won’t be there again, and that bums me out!

Tia does the best pedicure I’ve ever had and I am picky! She makes sure it looks great and they last longer than most! And she’s fun to chat with. Always see her and always leave happy

I went to the location in South Tewksbury and was very dirty; I went to the Tewksbury location and had a nice guy name Phillip and went back to see him but not there. Had someone do my nails and toes and they didn’t match color and very very quick. One of my nails was filed crooked and the pedicure wasn’t good at all. I went back 2 weeks later told Philip would be back but wasn’t and again not good service. I hope the owner reads these. You need to have people cut sides of toes and take time. too much rushing

went here over the summy were so rude when i came in to get a full set. they talked in vietnamese you could tell it was directed at me and it made me feel very uncomfortable. they pretty much rushed me out of there. my nails fell off after a week, this place is terrible in their customer service and in their manicure skills.

I went here recently for the 1^st time.
Pros: seems clean, nice staff, nails look good, fair prices.
Cons: my cuticles were almost all cut! Ouch!!!

Went here today with my daughter. I used to go to their other salon, Pro Nails. My daughter’s cuticles were bleeding on EVERY finger!!! I got a gel manicure and my nails look fat and thick. I stopped going to the other salon because I always left unhappy with the results. I will not be returning to either salon! Now I have to pay another salon to re-​do my nails.

I’ve been going to both of Tammy’s salons for a while now. I’m always happy with my service. If ever I’m not, they’re quick to fix any issues :)

I was a client at this salon and the other salon they own for years. Most of my experiences with them were ok. Until the other day. I had mani and pedi. I stayed the appropriate time to have my nails dried. I went across the street to get a few groceries and at least 3 nails smudged. I was a little annoyed but hey it happens. When I came back and spoke with the owner, she acted like she was doing me a big favor to fix my nails. I got the fixed went home and smudged again! I called the owner suggested perhaps I could get some kind of compensation because I didn’t want to come out again. She was very unreasonable saying I food shopped and what not. I asked if perhaps the polish was old or something went wrong. She was more concerned with offering no compensation accept that I could come back. That would be 3 times in one day. This is all disappointing to me. I will not return here. Customer satisfaction is not high on their list!

I go here all the time for my eyebrow waxing. They do a fantastic job and it is only $ 10. When I had moved, I had no choice but to find a new place and they RUINED my eyebrows — they were so thin and uneven. I came back here as soon as I moved back to Tewksbury and they were able to help grow back my eyebrows properly. I also love their services for nails — very comfortable seating available for pedicures. The entire salon is clean and stylish.
