Dunkin’ Donuts

As someone who is on the road frequently Dunkin Donuts is a spot I visit every day. This particular branch of this fine establishment is subpar to say the least. I’m not quite sure what is wrong with the staff here but it has become very apparent that the theory of natural selection has gone straight out the window. Every day this location never fails to sabotage my order.
I have to give this Dunkin Donuts 1 star. Not because it has redeeming qualities but because I can’t give it 0 stars. I’m not quite sure what illicit drugs are being distributed to the staff early in the morning, but they couldn’t get an order right if their life depended on it. After ordering an «Ice coffee cream only» and getting a medium hot caramel macchiato this is the last straw pun intended for this particular location. I wish this establishment luck in future endeavors and possibly hiring employees whom haven’t eaten paint chips as a child. This place has lost my business.

If you desperately looking for coffee I wouldn’t recommend going here! I ordered an Med Rasp Ice tea with 2 splenda. I say easy enough. I got an order of half ice coffee and half ice tea! Gross. After the 3^rd time. My order has never been correct. Attendant had a total attitude.

Desperately needed the joe after the late night Patriots game — walked in here a few minutes before opening. Attendant had a look of disgust on her face and total attitude. Gave her a simple coffee order (medium hot, light milk) and she gave me two coffees. Told her I only asked for one. She rang me up anyways. Good riddance to you…

This Dunkin Donuts is in the Shell station at the intersection of Main St. (Route 38) and Chandler St., in the back to the left of the convenience store area. It’s a bit smaller — only one counter — but it also has a drive-​thru. Expect a small line at either or both during peak hours. The station does have parking for the convenience/​Dunkin customers, but with the traffic coming in for gas, or the convenience store, and Chandler St. coming in at an acute angle to main, it can be a bit challenging getting into or out of a parking spot sometimes.
