Dunkin’ Donuts

This place doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave them. It gets worse and worse everytime I come here. The employees are so rude. Sorry dunkins. «Do you guys train your employees at all?» I mean come on. Customer service is so important it’s something you’re employees do not have. I went today before coming into work. I went threw the drive thru and here’s what was said blandly. «How can I help you?» Rudely I must say. No there’s nothing bad with it but if you heard the attitude it was said with trust me you would be writing this too. There was no hi or how are you. Every time I come they get more and more rude it’s ridiculous. I’ve never been to a dunkins where the employees act like you are bothering them by giving them service. It’s ridiculous it really is. I don’t recommend this dunkins. They need to upgrade their employees or train them better. Dunkins I’m very disappointed in this location. Oh and they gave me half a chicken. HALF A CHICKEN?! I paid 4.09 for half a chicken?! Did they eat the other half?!

I was going to the drive thru and once I order I can already hear rude remarks via the intercom. I also ordered a dunkaccino and to my dismay it was all watered down. It didn’t taste like coffee nor hot chocolate. I don’t know what I was drinking but it was a waste of my $ 2.30.

One of the better DDs in the area, however it can also depend who is working. I’ve had some really good coffees and some bad but it’s all how the person makes it and how much «whatever» they chose to put in your coffee whether it be syrup, flavor, a swirl, cream/​sugar, etc. But what I can say is my order has NEVER been wrong.

This DD was not bad. It’s fairly large inside, and clean. The staff was friendly, and there were enough people working to satisfy both counters and drive-​thru. My order came out correctly and quickly. This was the first Dunkin in a long time to also get the potato nuggets right. Today they were crisp, usually they’re soggy.
My biggest complaint is trying to make a left turn out of the parking lot onto 38 North.

Let me preface my review by saying I have praised this location to the corporate office in the past for above and beyond excellent customer service.
Two weeks ago, I went through the drive thru and the lady at the window could not have been more rude. Her nasty demeanor, eye rolling and teeth sucking were the things that stood out most. She was outright rude and didn’t make any apologies for it. I got her name and drove off. I called the store later and asked for the name of the manager, and they gave me her name — Shayla. I have a hard time believing this nasty piece of work was a store manager. Nice example to set for other employees. I contacted the corporate office with my complaint. And it appears nobody cares, because the franchise owner has yet to call me.
Needless to say, I won’t be back to visit that Dunkin Donuts location or Shayla, the manager from hell.

It’s Dunkin Donuts– good coffee, friendly service and clean restrooms. What else can you ask for?

I’m surprised at all the negative reviews for this DD location. I frequent quite a few different DDs over the course of my week and this one is a personal favorite. I almost always use the drive-​thru and crew is always cheerful and sassy in the manner of diner waitresses of old and the service is fast. The coffee never tastes burnt or stale. The landscaping is nicely maintained and when I do go inside, there’s plenty of parking and the interior is clean and well lit.

No fritters or old fashioned, you lost me at ‘Hello’…which took forever

About a mile off the highway I got stuck here due to weather. This is a descent location, the service was good, the store was clean, and they have nice public restrooms. Also, good wi-​fi and seating although plug availability was limited.
I drink my coffee black and it was normal DD quality.

I was reluctant to bother writing a review on a DD, but I was almost glad to see that other people shared my experience here.
I have given this place several chances to prove themselves. I even tipped to see if I would get better service. This is on my way to one of my work locations twice a week, and coffee is necessary. This was a convenient stop due to the cheap gas station and rt 495.
Never again.
This week, both days, my coffee was terrible. Monday I ordered inside, and they forgot to add any sugar (bearable, but not pleasant with only mediocre to bad tasting DD coffee). Today, I went through the drivethru and they put so much cream and sugar it was gross. Not to mention the coffee tasted like crap.
So, avoid at all costs. I will surely be fighting the crowds in Andover center to get a good cup o’ joe from now on!

This Dunkin has the worst tasting hot coffee. It’s always bitter. If I want DD coffee I keep driving right on by this one on Rt. 38/​Main Street into Wilmington.
There’s two more Dunkin’s there. Much better coffee at these two.

Worst Dunkin Donuts experience ever! This place is the only D&D on my way to work which sucks for them because now I get my iced coffe at McD’s two doors down. I asked for equal I got sugar, and it was dripping all over the outside of the cup, is that how these people are in their homes? Walking around with drippy cupps dripping soda and coffee all over their rugs?
And what’s with the «would you like that bagel toasted?» «Gee no, and don’t bother baking it either just give it to me drippy and gooey out of the boiler?
And what’s with the bagel and side of cream cheese with a knife in the bag? If I wanted $ 2 worth of bagel and cream cheese LATER I could go to the supermarket and get 6 bagels and a brick of crème cheese instead of one lousy bagel.
