Excellent, excellent olive oils and vinegars bursting with fresh flavors — love the blackberry vinegar, frantoio, Arbequina — so much more. Clotilde and Yves do it all as growers, producers and processors. You can taste the natural goodness. Visit or find them at your local Food & Wine festivals(caught them at Palm Desert Food & Wine 2015), awesome stuff.

Nice break from wine tasting for some olive oil tasting! There’s a cute small tasting room/gift shop where you can choose from a variety of olive oils and fruity balsamic vinegar to try. They give you small bits of bread and toothpicks. Staff was friendly.

Locally made olive oil! What is not to love? Olive oil is a staple in my home and purchase from a local grower seems to add to the charm. Not to mention the cost fits within my budget like other’s oil do not. To visit for a tasting you do need to make an appointment. It is located an 8th of a mile from Happy Acres Farm where one can do cheese tasting. This makes a great combination for a fun and tasty day.

What a great find — this small olive farm has great olive oils. Lots of different varieties to taste from, and they don’t charge for tasting. Owners are very informative and friendly, they answered all our questions patiently. Take a break from all the wine tasting in Paso Robles and go taste some excellent olive oil. P. S. — they have a very friendly cat that understands French(not kidding)

This is always by far the best olive oil my family and friends taste every time we attend the olive festival in Paso Robles and taste hundreds of quality oils. And once we discovered the beautiful farm is right here in the north county I joined as a member and use no other evoo! Very friendly owners, wonderful tasting room. Many different olive oils for use in all types of cooking, drizzling and dipping. My favorite to always have on hand is the Arbequina. Local members can pick up at the farm, while out of area members receive shipments, or anyone can buy them at local stores or the farm or buy online at . Highly recommended!

We live in Paso Robles and consider ourselves«localvores» so we are always looking for great supplies of local fruits, vegetables, nuts and olive oil. We visited Olea’s tasting room on a recent wine tasting tour and were pleasantly surprised. The property makes for a nice picnic break because of the beautiful olive trees that surround it. The owners of Olea, who are from France, told us they also do quite a bit of restaurant distribution. They have a mobile olive oil press they take around to other growers to help them, too. It’s a very interesting business.

They have samples for everything they sell. Olive oil, vinegar, honey, tapenade, jam, bath products, etc. The olive oil is still the best thing to try. The lady running the tasting was very good at explaining the characteristics of each olive oil. It didn’t seem like there was a tasting fee, but then again, we bought stuff. If you don’t want to taste or drive to Templeton, you’ll see their olive oils at many of the local wine tasting rooms. They take credit cards, but not American Express.

Very fun, out-of-the-way olive oil farm with a rural tasting room. Worth the scenic detour, especially for the spicy Arbequina olive oil, which they make using their own antique press. Friendly European owners host the tasting room and will teach you anything you don’t already know about olive oil. Totally unpretentious, which is a relief in the Paso wine country.

This is where I buy my olive oil, as well as like previous reviewers I buy a case every year as Christmas presents. I also love the whole experience of driving to their farm. It is beautiful & charming. I enjoy tasting there as well. If you are a local or a just visiting, it is worth the drive.

We did most of our Christmas shopping here and everyone loved the very local presents that we gave(seriously, we gave loads of olive oil as presents). The olive oil is very good, going up to the house to taste in a beautiful setting and the people are very helpful. For the quality product that you get the price is very reasonable. We always have a good time tasting the olive oil and trying the different stuff they have there.

A lovely small olive farm producing high quality oils, jams and jellies, as well as featuring other related local producers of honey, vinegar, fragrant goat milk soaps, etc. On a quiet Sunday, I was delighted to be given tastes of about 7 – 8 varieties of pure olive oil, as well as ‘flavored’ oils featuring lemon and basil essences. Wonderful. I have tasted oils all over California and these are of the highest quality and flavor. The kicker is that they are also priced much more reasonably than other local and farther producers. The owners are personable and full of wonderful stories about their lives as estate olive oil producers. Plan to chat and enjoy the beautiful location!

We were referred to this delightful little olive farm for some olive oil tasting by Leslie at Victor Hugo. It was fun to drive up and see the rows upon rows of olive trees. We had a complimentary tasting of 5 olive oils, as well as assorted jams and tapenades. Their 5 olive oils include: — «European Style» — late harvest Tuscan blend, prepared in the traditional style that most people are used to. In my opinion, it was a little bland on its own, but I can see how due to its mildness it would be good for cooking. — Arbequina — early harvest Spanish olives, with a grassy, pungent flavor. I liked it. — Crescendo — 80% Arbequina, 20% Tuscan — it has the great pungent flavors of the Arbequina but without as much bite, a bit more subtle — this is the one we bought. — Basil Blush — blend of Tuscan with basil oil. I would enjoy this over some caprese. — Lemon Blush — blend of Tuscan with lemon zest oil. I would have loved to drizzle this over some pound cake, as Clotilde suggested. We also really enjoyed all of the jams and tapenades. I could have left with one of everything, but we did narrow down to just some olive oil, olive jam, tapenade, and spices. Olive oils are available by the 375ml bottle, but also by the half gallon or gallon. They even have a club, with 3 shipments a year. If you’re in Paso for the weekend and want to take a break from wine tasting, I suggest stopping by! Tasting room hours are Saturday & Sunday 10am-4:30pm — call ahead to confirm.
