Probably the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had. I don’t mind that the drive through is on the passenger side, I mind the horrible customer service I’ve come here a few times past midnight because other then McDonald’s its the only place open. There is a chubby Latina women who works graveyard and honestly she is the rudest women’ I have met on the planet. She wears her shirt unbuttoned, is always on the phone cursing talking to her boyfriend. I mean it’s Carl’s junior I don’t expect much other then you to be polite. My boyfriend ordered a large fry and she heard him wrong and she tried to blame it on us and then was so rude and continued to say she didn’t know how to change it to a large fry. I worked at del taco at 16 it’s not hard pos is easy. Then she continued to say we were wrong so we had to purchase more and she continued to be rude. She is not a good worker I have never been talking on my cellphone to someone while at work helping a customer. If I was the manager I would consider hiring new employees I will never visit this disgusting establishment again

Used to come here often with my sister when we were kids. No complaints about the food, and the staff are usually pretty friendly, especially if you sit in. Staff screw up orders a few times, but that’s to be expected at any fast food restaurant staffed by teenagers.
The Westen Bacon Cheeseburger is a great burger to be quite honest, simple but delicious. Beef, cheese, onion rings, bacon, and barbecue sauce, for under $ 3.
Biggest negative is that the drive thru is on the right side, so you have to stretch out to pay and get your food. I guess you could view it as good ol’ Uncle Carl looking out for your social life. It’s almost like he’s saying, «Don’t be a loser and come to my restaurant alone! Get a date, and suggest that you treat her to some nice Carl’s Jr. drive thru! That way she can ride shotgun and pick up the food like a normal person.

These folks are usually above average but on Fri. nite (⁹⁄₁₁) at 11 I went thru the drive thru and got a couple of the most juicy wonderful burgers I’ve had. One a turkey burger and a western bacon from their 2/​$ 5.55 menu… I want to extend my compliments to the cook-​the window lady, not so much…

I love Carl’s but this place has a longer wait time than other locations: t BUT for their cheap chicken sandwichs ^~^ and the fact that they’re open 24hrs makes me return everytime

this is another carl’s jr restaurant really awesome, staff are great and their foods really good, and among other things friendly restaurant especially to the wheelchair bound customers!!!

Im a huge fan of CARL’s but today the wait for the drive thru was bad… there was no one infront or behind me for a while and still tool a while…3 orders total fries were soggy both dr peppers were completely flat extremely pissed since i was hungry and was disappointed

The food’s okay (no food poisoning like other Unilocalers), but what’s this thing about positioning the drive-​up window for the passenger side of cars? So, we pass our money, food, and hopefully correct change by a plastic basket duct-​taped to a PVC pole? What a comical, surreal experience.

This place is terrible, I have been disappointed with the food and service every time. I give them another chance and I am disappointed again so I am done with this location for good this time. Also the bathrooms needs a major overhaul, they are disgusting. Does the owner or district manager ever stop by to take a look around? This restaurant needs some major help, I won’t be back.

This location has been here for ages. The hours have varies through the years, heck, decades but now it is 24 hour drive through. When I did stop in here, I remember the breakfast staff was very helpful and courteous. Ten times better than any shift at the local Jack in the Box around the corner. What I’m really writing about is the fact that when driving through the drive-​thru at any hour, you order at the menu board driving through on the left side. When you drive up to the window, you pay and pick up on the right side. So basically don’t drive through here by yourself, pick up a friend and out him to work without telling him he’s doing some work. Heck, buy your friend a cold drink. It’s the least you can do if your friend will hold all the drinks and food when you run out of cup holders in the car.

I had a very difficult time at the drive through. The employee was rude and has a nasty attitude.

Worst ever slowest drive thru in history with the most incompetent employee ever. How can you screw up a drink order of 1 drink u have to be really special to do this

This is the worst drive through ever been and just to get one hamburger. I’ve been waiting for about 15 minutes. Any other calls Junior will take 3 to 4 minutes but not this one I’m never coming to this one ever again.

I am giving this location, no stars. I have never been given such poor service, in my life. Their entire staff is incompetent, and clearly have no idea what they are doing. The food is not prepared well, and it took them 5 tries to get my order right, and I was bit treated appropriately over the situation.
All in all, you want Carl’s Jr, go to a different location.

Worst, Carl’s Jr I’ve Ever been too, BAD SERVICES, RUDE, Try to Charge you for extra things that you weren’t suppose to pay for it. I used to work at carl’s Jr, i know sometimes im pissed too, however i never did the things they done. Carl’s JR needs to Shut down this place or someone to take care of this place.

Wow! I’ve always been a fan of their burgers but today made me want to boycott this particular store.
A group of 10 teachers came here for lunch. 2 of the 10 ordered grilled chicken in their burger and salad and both were grossed out by it bc it was undercooked.
They both took it back after a few bites for a refund. One was given the wrong receipt to begin with and they wouldn’t issue her the refund eventhough the salad was FULL. Finally when they FOUND the right receipt (which they had it bc the other customer pointed out that it wasn’t HER receipt), they issued her a refund.
As we were leaving, one worker came out and passed out a free cheesecake coupon to everyone nearby. I asked her what it was and she straight up ignored me. What did I do to her?
Horrible customer service! Undercooked chicken! A must come!

Had same experience as others with crappy a$$ service. I waited too damn long for my food. The food prep people there are ridiculous… I saw one lady drop a piece of cheese on a different burger with mayo and pick it up and put on a different burger with no mayo. So if that was my food and I have an egg allergy… That woman would have caused some serious problems… Since I thought that was my burger (cause I had only been waiting for 10 minutes) I pointed out what she did and I swear she had the guys to look at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about… My burger was just sitting on the counter waiting for who knows… Screw it next I’ll just pop into mickey d’s next door.
Oh btw. I should have known I was in trouble when a guy was mad because he had been waiting over 20 minutes for his fries and a milkshake, I should have headed out then…

Went to this Carl’s Jr. Because we were craving burgers.
I got turkey guacamole burger and my bf got six dollar western burger.
First off, western burger was horrible. The patty was on the grill way too long! Made it crispy and hard with a texture of cardboard! Even McDonald’s burger is cheaper and better (btw McD is right next door to this place go there instead cleaner and better food).
My turkey burger had weird taste to it. I think the sauce were left out for too long or somethibg but me being nice and don’t like wasting food, finished the burger anyway. BAD IDEA! ended up with upset stomach and needed to rush to the bathroom… not gonna get in to detail but you know what happened in there :/​
Anyways, one star for average service but ZERO star for messed up, tasteless, disgusting, high priced, disease causing burgers!!! Avoid it! Even if you are starving!

Not worthy of any stars! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I have two major problems with carls at this location. I have emailed the owner before and no response. I don’t get how the owner continues to hire incompetent workers and the manager did she even graduate from kindergarten? The place is very disgusting!
Never again will go to this location.

I occasionally come here when I feel like trying some of their advertised burgers. The one thing I don’t like about this location is that their drive-​thru is weird: it’s on the right side so I have to just park, order and then leave. Wish they’d fix the drive thru, but other than that, their cashiers are pretty speedy and polite.

I’ve been to this Carl’s Jr. twice and have been extremely disappointed both times. Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but this is a fast food restaurant, right? And fast food means that we get our food, well, fast. Um… wrong. Maybe it was opposite day both times I’ve been here, because they sure weren’t fast.
I came during the off hours, so there were maybe 3 other people eating there. One other customer ordered ahead of me. I ordered a chili cheese fries the first time and a burger of some sort the second time. There was one cashier and a few other employees in the back. The cashier was a young man, maybe in his late teens or early 20s. He was not friendly and did not seem like he wanted to be there. I felt like I was at a Chinese supermarket checkout.
Anyway, he took my order and I waited for my order. And waited and waited and waited. How long does it take to make a chili cheese fries or a burger? Apparently, a very long time at this Carl’s Jr. It took about 10 minutes for me to get my order and this is when the place is almost completely empty. Imagine the wait time had it been crowded.
Overall, I definitely do not recommend this Carl’s Jr. Their service was horrible and they’re so slow, they really shouldn’t be called a fast food restaurant. Either that, or someone needs to explain what the word fast food means to these employees.
