That crazy chicken!
2 stars for the shitty service.
4 stars because I really in enjoy the chicken.
They have a drive thru. They usually have deals and coupons but I came in empty handed so I ordered off the menu for regular price.
8 Piece — $ 12.49 –Chicken is always cooked and juicy. The skin is the key to the flavor. I love the seasoning they use.
Small Spanish Rice — $ 2.29 — Overpriced and really small but it is a must for me in my wraps.
Salsa Bar — Ton of choices for your spice level. The pico, spicy sauce, and the avocado are the best. It really annoys me that when you order a lot of chicken and they make you use the small ass salsa containers. I asked for 6 big containers and they gave me 3. I was like how do you expect me to get enough salsa with this. If I use 10 small containers, it will take double the time and other people have to stand wait for me to finish. I swear it was like pulling teeth to get them. Worst part of cheap ass corporate restaurants. Next time I should just bring my own containers.

First time ever eating at a El Pollo Loco and I was completely satisfied. They offer tacos, burritos, and nice Mexican dishes. I ordered a Cesar chicken bowl. It had taco meat and salad base. It was very delicious. The staff here was extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming. A lady was walking around with a small basket with little goodies such as mints, sauces, napkins, and other useful things. I thought this was nice.
Prices are very reasonable here and the food was great. I experienced no problems here. Check it out for some tasty Mexican food.

From every table being dirty to long lines, bad over all service I don’t see myself coming back. Chicken was good though.

This place is kinda entertaining in how terrible they are. Asked me 4 times if I wanted a drink with my meal then they forget to give me my drink!!! Drove less than 200 yards and decided I had gone too far and couldn’t handle dealing with that terrible service again.

No stars! Every Time I come to this el pollo loco they dont have chicken!
Its frustrating because they try to sell you their bowls and salads!
Seriously, its a whole hour before closing and your out of chicken… On a Friday night? Also no more mac n cheese…
I do not recommend this location, this is the closest to my house and its always a problem of No Chicken!

BEWARE!
I never had a problem with this location until today.
I’ll make this as short and to the point as I can. My fiancé and I came to dine in and no sooner than I sat down a HUGE flying cock roach came out from the side of the table. Luckily my guy saw it and was able to quickly get me out of the both we were sitting at… which I’m sooo greatful for because it was literally by my hand. It sucks because this pollo loco is very convenient for me but I will never come back after such an unsanitary experience. Theres no telling what critters are in the KITCHEN!!! So disgusting and disappointing. You’ve been warned my fellow Unilocalers… I DON’T RECOMMEND IT! !!

This is my favorite Pollo Loco.
Service is always great. Alejandra is always cheerful, friendly and cute too.
Speaking of cute, I can’t forget to mention Araceli too!

Never returning. Drive thru menu light out, imbeciles running the order speakers, overpriced, tasteless and stale ingredients, and stingy on salsa for the price you pay.
I hope this place gets hit by a rogue meteorite.

Food is tasty, price is very good too! They always have a promotion sale, store is clean, nice people.
My family enjoys it very much!
