DaCapo Coffee

Great coffee, staff, location, ambience. Community folk in and out all day. Fresh pastries, donuts, sandwiches made to order, all top notch. Lots of natural light coming in. And the furniture is beautiful local made wood and iron pieces; you’ll want to take it home with you.

Great coffee and better people. The atmosphere is great, their staff is friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. The apple fritters are great!

This is one of those nice, small-​hometown types of coffee shops that will always keep you coming back for more. It’s a family owned business where, more often than none, the owners can prepare your order. Not to mention, that this is nice and needed change from the industrial ran places like Starbucks.
Needless to say, they have a great staff that are very nice and helpful. And more importantly make you feel welcomed at every visit.
The atmosphere has a modern/​abstract feel to it. What I mean by that is that the place looks freshly built, and kept up well. But sitting in there, you feel like it is almost a peice of art. (Not to mention all of the local art they having hanging up) The walls are colorful, the tables are unique, and all together make a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else.
There food and coffee has around the same cost of your local Starbucks, so it is a little pricy. But your paying for a quality that you don’t typically see these days. I guarantee you won’t walk out feeling ripped off or hungry!
I recommend there sandwhichs and any pastry that catches your eye. Literally, everything is good.

We stopped here because we saw they had sandwiches and coffee. The atmosphere was very comfortable, warm and inviting. The baristas were very friendly and took their time walking us through the ingredients in the sandwiches and drinks. We weren’t expecting them to be as good as they were! So glad we stopped!

Always great coffee, even better food, and even better service and conversation. If you are in a hurry, this isn’t necessarily a place for you. But if you want a great experience, it’s perfect.

I don’t know if I can say enough good things about this coffee shop: good coffee, great selection of pastries, not overrun with students, and reliable high-​speed wifi. Oh, and they serve Holey Toledough donuts. What more do you want in a coffee shop? It is by far my favorite place to go to in the greater Toledo area on a slow Sunday afternoon to catch up on work.

Been here a couple times, very pleased with everything about the place. It’s got good pastries, good sandwiches, coffee is locally roasted and most of the blends I’ve had I enjoyed. They place emphasis on local, which is something Toledo severely lacks. I like that they source a lot of their products from nearby, it encourages me to go out of my way to come out here.
They were hinting at expanding soon, further south which I think would be great to see. There’s not enough good local coffee shops in Toledo, but at least I’ve found one of them.

There are few places in the area that offer an artisanal coffee experience. DaCapo has a lot of unique coffee drinks all made in house with ultra-​friendly service. The atmosphere is also an attractive aspect of this café.
They offer several filter/​pour over coffee options that are all good — I got the Ethiopian this morning (regular not filter) and it was perfectly brewed, not burnt, with just the right hints of fruitiness and acidity. I’m very picky when it comes to filter coffee and DaCapo has never disappointed.
Their espresso-​based drinks are also solid. I have to get an extra shot of espresso in my Starbucks drinks because of their milk to espresso ratios and how sweet their milk is, but I don’t need any extra shots at DaCapo. Their drinks taste perfect as is.
The ambiance is a ¹⁰⁄₁₀. The interior is nicely decorated (modern, with art on the walls), super clean, yet cozy! It’s perfect for meeting up with friends or hanging by yourself to read.
This is THE BEST place in Bedford to buy a coffee drink. Great food, ambiance, and service!

Just in for some seasonal drinks, wasn’t sure what to get and ended up with two surprise mixes offered up by the very friendly attendant they are amazing very fresh muffins, calm atmosphere with quite music and elegant art decorating the lounge. I will be returning soon!

This place is awesome! The workers are very friendly and are helpful when you are unsure of what to order. They always have amazing desserts, like New York style cronuts, yum! Their coffee products are at little pricey, but they are more than worth it! They also have 10% off for college students when you show your student ID!

This is my second time here and I LOVE IT! Wish we had something like this where I live besides starbucks. It’s so cozy and inviting inside. The drinks are fabulous and their pastries are delicious. I tried the lemon chicken rice soup today and it was to die for! Will be coming back every chance I get!

Very nice chai tea latte, vanilla frappé, and strawberry cheesecake muffin. Everybody who was working was super nice!
