This Starbucks is conveniently in a strip plaza located across Talmadge Rd. from the Franklin Park Mall. With plenty of parking, the facility offers free WiFi and a nice place to sit to enjoy your coffee creation. The service has been good each of the four or five times I have visited. The prices are typical for Starbucks in the region. On my last visit, I had a tall Dark Roast pour-​over that was quite good. The array of other drink options are also tempting. If you are in the area and want a hot beverage, this is a good bet.

Always get a good cup of coffee here.
Also a decent place to sit for a while and get some work done. Little small inside, but you can usually find a place to sit. Good location. Super friendly staff.

Service is very subpar here, which is unfortunate, because I’m a semi-​regular customer here due to friends/​family preferring this location over others. Why they prefer this one, I’ll have to inquire. I never thought my go-​to «soy vanilla chai latte» was so complicated until it was messed up several times at this location.
The baristas here just don’t seem very friendly either. Starbucks already has meh coffee, you’d hope that their service wasn’t meh too. I know I will stop here again, but now, I only get tea, because I know there’s little risk of them messing up pouring hot water over a tea bag.

Since there aren’t nearly as many Starbucks here as in NYC, it’s hard to judge this location. To date I’ve never had a bad experience there and the baristas are always pleasant at the very least. Summary: fast, friendly service.

I have been coming to this location for years and never had an issue. Happy workers, light atmosphere and great tunes. Food here is great and cooked to order and piping hot! Be careful there. I am indulging in the Teavana peach green tea lemonade and it’s very light and sweet. Try it and get the 2 dollar treat deal for all cold grande drinks!

Good service. Same quality product. My only complaint is this is the loudest Starbucks I have ever been in. I am all for having fun at work, but the staff is so loud I cannot even hear the conversation at my table.

I have been to this Starbucks many times when I lived in the area. I have had good service, quick and friendly. I have to say, drinking other coffee other than Starbucks is a big difference in taste. Many Coffee Shops try to compete, but fall short.
This is a great place right by Franklin Park Mall. Great parking in front and back.
I always find the bathrooms to be spotless at Starbucks, this place was an exception. The bathroom here could use tiding up.
That will not prevent me from coming here in the future when I am in town.

This location is moderately busy, but drinks are still ready in a reasonable time. If the weather is nice, then the outdoor seating makes the space a bit less crowded (although if the weather is nice, then school probably isn’t in session, which also affects the crowdedness). Parking is ample, since this location is adjacent to a restaurant and a dental office in a mini-​strip mall, with additional parking in back.
The baristas here, while still polite, don’t have the level of friendliness I’ve come to expect from my «neighborhood» Starbucks on Airport.
If I’m in the area, I’ll stop here, but I don’t go out of my way to hit up this particular location.

It’s just a Starbucks so there is not much to say; however, I’ve been going into this particular place for two years, one to five times just about every week. The ladies in the morning, especially the one missing some digits on her hand, are very nice, but they never remember that all I want is a Venti coffee with room for cream. The fingerless, nice lady who usually takes my order never remembers me. My drink must be too mundane. Do I have to order a white, soy, mocha, skinny, frappa, latte, crapacinno, with no whip to get a little respect?
It’s the little things that brighten people’s days.
Sadness.

In my previous review of the other Starbucks stores, I wrote that the one on Central/​Secor was the best one in town. After visiting this location again, I have to clarify. This location is very spacious and seems to have more seats than at the Central/​Secor location. So if you’re looking for a place to go to study, etc. this location has more to offer. The employees are also very friendly.
The only downfall is that there is no drive through, which is why I wrote that the Central/​Secor location was the best.

2005 was the year that brought the glorious Starbucks into Toledo! The staff at this location is pretty friendly, they are always quick, and they rarely mess up an order. They also tend to give out free coffee coupons if they think they happen to disappoint you. Bathrooms are usually clean so that is also a plus.
This is the only Starbucks in Toledo and can be a real pain to get to due to it’s location. Seating also fills up fast during peak hour, so plan ahead to maybe sit at the bar.
