Starbucks

Every time I pass by this location it doesn’t seem busy. I’ve been to it a few times and the service I’ve gotten was good. My drinks are made right and the employees are friendly.

Slowest service of any Starbucks in AZ. They seem to focus on drive thru and ignore customers in store waiting or just don’t make in store customers a priority. I emailed the manager to give her input but she ignored my email.

Terrible service. I guess at 1240pm cleaning is more important than making drinks. Waited at minimum a 45 secs for someone to acknowledge me (2 barista having a conversation, 1 person making drinks, and the other cleaning coffee pots). Drink took over 5 mins, table I wanted to sit at dirty. Very poor experience. I will say cashier (who took my order) is friendly. While waiting for my drink, I observed she enjoyed talking to the customers about her class schedule.

Quite possibly the slowest drive thru Starbucks in town. Friendly staff, but slow as molasses.

Can I give 0 stars? Without a doubt the absolute worst Starbucks on the planet, and I’ve been coming here very regularly for about three years. Our office is close by and it’s just convenient to go here to get my morning coffee before heading to work and such.
in particular, this week was the last straw when I, once again, received horrible service, this time, from the Manager, Tiffany, who was a REAL bitch and gave me a crappy attitude about having to get my drink right. It’s a shame as I’ve been going to this Starbucks on a regular basis and have had my Gold card for years… I just won’t ever be coming back to this location.
My orders are always very simple — Extra Hot Vente Latte, but, they’ve consistently gotten my orders wrong AT LEAST 20% of the time, and yet, I’ve always tried to be civil about their utter incompetence.
Go down the street to Dutch Brothers. Better coffee. Much better employees.

Starbucks is central to ASU servicing mostly students. Outdoor seating and bike parking. This location has a drive thru but pulling into location can be a pain, really the only draw back. Staff seems very efficient.

Great location, South Scottsdale /​North Tempe border. Fast service and friendly employees.

Idk what is going on at this location but they are sooooo slow in the drive thru. Even when there is one car in line I can wait 15 – 20 minutes. It’s also hit or miss whether or not the staff is actually friendly. Even if they’re friendly they seem to not know what’s going on half the time. I don’t normally make reviews like this but it’s consistently been this way for over year only reason I come back is because it’s on my way to work.

I am never going to this location again. I ordered a chai tea this morning and and I asked for 9 pumps of chai because I know they skimp out on the chai at this location. But my drink didn’t even taste like there was the normal 6 pumps, it just tasted like slightly flavored milk. Very upsetting considering I got charged for the extra pumps of chai. This is also the 3^rd time this has happened and only ever at this location. The one on Broadway is much better!

This location always is super slow and if it wasnt the only coffee place on my commute to work I would go someplace else. Even when there is no line in the drive-​threw it still takes forever to get what you want.

Love this location… the staff is friendly and get always get my drink right! Danielle was my barista today, and was especially good!

Came in to use a BOGO espresso coupon on my app. They didn’t have a problem just making it a double espresso. Service was friendly and the wait wasn’t bad. Lots of people coming and going, everyone with a smile. A guy brought his little son in and got something he ended up not liking. The barista tried offering to concoct something he would like instead. Always good to see customer service.

The staff at this location is terrible. They get my order wrong more often than they get it right. Whether they give me the wrong drink, sweeten when I asked for unsweetened, or forget my sandwich, I’ve see it all here. This is also my fault for giving this location so many chances. Please take the time to train your team better.

Great location across from Aloft hotel. Quick service and the food and coffee were good.

I wish I could give this a five star review, but the drink pick– up counter had ants on it today.

Small, clean location with limited seating however we have always found a table amongst the folks with laptops who are conducting business. The drinks are always good and the staff is as friendly as you can be when wearing a headset and talking to a drive-​thru customer whilst they try to talk your order. Outdoor seating is a bit noisy but very nice when the interior seating is full. In the hot months they have mist spraying under the awnings.

I’m a regular visitor of this Starbucks and always have a great experience. I love that this location has a Drive Thru so I can cruise through on my way to work. This is a popular location so don’t be surprised if there’s a line in the morning, but they really do a great job of quickly crafting your beverage and getting people through the line. All the baristas are nice and friendly, but John is my absolute fave — just so upbeat even when I’m half asleep in the morning!
This location is one of the lucky ones to be among the first to offer bakery items from La Boulange. La Boulange is a San Francisco bakery and café that has been serving artisanal pastries, and great food since 1996 and recently partnered with Starbucks. The Pecan Tart and Morning Bun are my favorite!

I have NEVER written a review for Unilocal BUT because today’s experience has happened 7 times already I had to.
Don’t get me wrong they are nice but damn these employees don’t know what «drizzle in the cup» means. I ask for the caramel and mocha drizzle in the cup EVERY TIME and somehow I only get caramel, sometimes just the mocha, sometimes I only get it on the whipped cream LOL honestly the only reason why it bugs me so much is because I’m PAYING THEM $ 5.16 to make a drink and I expect it to come out the way I want. I think anyone would want that as well.

Stopped by here at 6:00 A.M. since I was staying at the Aloft hotel directly across. There was no wait since it was so early and my drink and food was prepared immediately. The barista there was very polite and smiling the entire time. I was able to sit quietly and enjoy my drink and breakfast. Absolutely no complaints and love the fact that it is conveniently located right across from the hotel. I’d definitely stop by here again when staying in the area.
