We should’ve went to In & Out Extremely overpriced for the quality of food you get. A friend recommended this place so I had great expectations coming in. Sadly I won’t be passing on this recommendation. It was a Friday early evening(7pm) it wasn’t crowded and we were seated right away. We didn’t get a visit from our waitress or anyone for that matter for about 10 minutes. We ordered Gravy fries: Not what I expected but good. It was more like spicy chili cheese fries. Fish and Chips: Not happy at all. Their batter was too thick and spongy. Id like to say it was completely flavorless but it kinda tasted like fried. You know, the oil. You couldn’t even taste the fish. It was the thinnest strip like they cut the actual piece of fish in half and that’s what they fried. The French fries were good. Shrimp pasta: My husband ordered it and he liked it. He wished it came with bread. I tasted it and it was good. We also had a beer each. Overall meh… I wouldn’t come back.

So lucky we decided to stop here during our day trip to Temecula yesterday! Thanks groupon! 1. Ambiance is very nice. Too bad we missed the live music 2. Service was excellent! Our server Ryan was attentive but not overbearing, chill but professional, personable and fun. He made the experience wonderful. 3. Food was sooooo good!!! We had the fried goat cheese which came with caramelized tomatoes, salad, dressing and plenty of grilled bread. Yum!!! The mushroom flatbread was so flavorful, great seasoning and just well done. We also tried the Boulevard Ginger Lemon Radler, refreshing and light. We saw the table next to us had the Brussel Sprouts which looked mouthwatering, unfortunately for us(but not for most of you) it had bacon. Overall a wonderful stop before immersing ourselves in wine, def recommended.

I’m a pretty picky customer, and this place was at the top. the only grumble I could find was the decorations in the middle of the room wee dusty. I had the pork flatiron, and my wife had the salmon. Everything was perfect, the doneness of the meat and the vegetables, the matching of the items, the presentation, all perfect. We had been wine tasting, and at the last place we stopped, we asked the server what was good, but not attached to a winery. Sorrel was the first thing out of his mouth. Excellent recommendation. If there is a weakness, oddly, it’s that the wine list is less than the beer list — here in wine country.

We have been impressed both times we ate dinner here! The food is delicious, the service is great, and the atmosphere is pleasant. This is a small dark restaurant that often has live, acoustic music. The beer selection is varied and ever-changing.

Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. It’s a the entrance of Old Town Temecula and we sat in the covered courtyard in a booth low to the ground covered in small pillows. We felt like we were in a different country. Our waiter was excellent and helpful. We had a Saganaki to start… a warm and flambeed feta dip. We shared a chicken and beef kebab dinner. The salad beforehand was fresh and delicious. The salad was incredible. «Papa», the owner, makes his vinaigrette from scratch. We finished with fresh coffee and homemade baklava. I highly recommend this place!

Husband and I stopped here after seeing the reviews. They have excellent service. The waiters were very attentive each time they came to our table. We started off with the bacon wrapped jalapeño appetizer which was super spicy but tasty! My husband ordered the chicken butter curry which was very flavorful and filling. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with my selection. I ordered the Italian sub which included very good bread and dressing. Unfortunately there was very little meat and was not filling. I was very dissatisfied with the sandwich but the fries were very tasty and homemade. I would recommend this place but not order the Italian sub again.

Visited at 6:30 on a Sat. Night and expected a wait. Seated right away! Ambiance is eclectic, friendly and comfortable. Enjoyed the folksy guitar entertainer. The food… WOW. Start with the fried goat cheese and try the burger with house dressing salad. Lots of local beers available. If you enjoy fresh, gourmet prepped food … This is a Temecula treat. We will definitely be back!

If you don’t come here… SLAPYOURSELF! This place is awesome. First off, the ambiance and décor is great. When we arrived there was only one server(Saturday afternoon) and she handled business! There must have been about 10 tables of folks and she made it happen. Now on to the food… do yourself a favor and get the brussel sprouts and pork belly anything! Hell the next time I come in, I’m asking for a HUGE bowl of brussel sprouts topped with a heaping pile of pork belly and the sauce from the pork belly sandwich. Definitely coming back.

We found this restaurant off Groupon and we decided to stop for lunch before doing some wine tasting. I have to tell you how pleasantly surprised I was by it. I ordered the cheeseburger and my husband ordered the pork belly. We were both extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s a casual dinning experience.

This place is awesome. Very much a hole-in-the-wall feel to it. Very intimate which is perfect for a date. The music is reasonably loud, enough to showcase the love band that comes I’m on at 639(a jazz piano/bass set for us). Conversation was definitely not strained though. The beer and drink selection is amazing. All home made and home created mixtures of liquor. The beer selection is only craft brews with 19 brew on tap when we went. Eric was our bartender/server and he was incredible. Very knowledgeable on brew and liquor. The menu changes every 8 weeks or so, but we had the bacon jalapeños and it was fantastic. For entrees we had the fish and chips(amazing) and the pork belly dip(meh). Overall the food was stellar and I would highly recommend this place to anyone for a date.

The BF wanted to come back here again the other night, and I am SO glad we did. It was a complete change from the last time we came here. Maybe the management here has been reading their Unilocal reviews hmm? First of all, they adjusted their AC so it was actually a hospitable enviroment, thank god! The menu was completely different. After talking to our server a bit he explained that they change their menu quite a bit to keep ingredients fresh and in season, so I don’t think much was the same on the menu at all. They didn’t have any soup on the menu, probably because it’s summer right now. My Boyfriend was bummed they didn’t have the Wedge salad but got over it really quickly. We order the Goat cheese toast and it was amazing. SO fresh, and the tomatoes and balsamic were delish and they went perfectly together. My boyfriend ordered the fish n chips, and he loved it, he said that they were probably some of the best he has ever had. The batter was seasoned with lots of salt and pepper and the fries were fresh and real. I ordered the Cuban and it was amazing. All the pork was paired perfectly paired with the tangyness of the pickes and the mustard. I got the fries as well and they were delish. There is this big note at the bottom of the menu thats like: *****WEDONOTSERVERANCHDRESSING****** Of course, me being the sarcastic ahole, that I am, it literally took everything in me, not to ask for ranch 6 different times throughout our meal. Not that I even wanted it, the aggresive note just brought out the rebel in me I guess. We finished off our meal with the crème brûlée and it was great as well! I was disappointed to say that again, besides my boyfriend and myself there was one other table in the restaurant. It was only 7:45 when we got there. So I hope business picks up now that I am excited to come back and give this place another try!

3.5 stars Ambience is that of a European pub. For a place that serves modern European food as Unilocal said, the décor was anything but what pops into my head when i hear modern. Had I expected to eat at a pub, I would have thought it was a coo interior. Moving on… Service was not the best. Being a past restaurant manager, I was a bit appalled when the server replied to one of our questions a bit rudely. We asked what a certain dish on the menu was because we weren’t sure if it was going to be a whole chicken, parts of a chicken with bone, or without bone, white meat, dark meat, chicken breast. You get my point right? His reply was«its exactly what it says it is». Wth. The dish was called SALTIMBOCA. The exact description was«all natural chicken + sage + prosciutto + garlic shallot + quinoa + rosemary». So, we wanted to know also if the chicken was mixed into the quinoa or if the quinoa was a side and if the chicken was wrapped in prosciutto or if the prosciutto was just added for flavor. Yeah, I’m sorry that I used to manage a restaurant but I don’t know every single dish out there. And I’m sorry I wanted to know what the dish was like, how it’s served, and what parts of chicken it was. After some probing, we found out it was chicken(still not sure what part or if it had bone) served on top of quinoa. Seriously, disappointingly in a server for not fully describing the entrée. But whatever, I’m home now and we didn’t order the dish. Now, onto the food. The brussel sprouts were spot on. No wonder so many people raved about them. They were definitely good. Not over seasoned, not over cooked. The empanadas were ok. I’m partial to Argentinean empanadas, so these were totally different. Not bad, but not fabulous. The cilantro dip it was served with was tasty. The ceviche was good, lots of fresh seafood, nice tart lime flavor. I’m not partial to calamari, but I did try it. Nice light batter but the sauces could use more work. They were both similarin color and one was bland. I liked the calamari itself though, which is rare. We also had the fish n chips and salmon dinner. Batter was light and crisp but could have used some salt and the fries were good. My friends all liked the salmon. I liked the grilled zucchini that the salmon was served with. Oh, we also had the Mediterranean salad. I liked that alot. Lots of fresh beets and plenty of olives. Kudos for not skimping on olives! So, overall the food was pretty good, the service could have been better, and the price was decent. The restaurant itself is a little hidden and hard to find, but it’s there. Have the brussel sprouts. With 20 plus years of dining experience, this is the 2nd place I can safely say I enjoyed the sprouts at. Had the server not answered our question the way he initially did, I probably would have given 4 full stars for the food. But, you know, for me, a tiny part of the dining experience is also good, friendly, efficient service.

Delicious! We were in town for a wedding and had been on winery tours all day long, but I had made this reservation so were not going to miss it! We had a 7:30 reservation, which was good, place was hopping. I was kinda of surprised it was in a strip mall. Where I’m from a meal in a strip mall is usually never this good! I started with a drink with egg whites and we split the goat cheese toast. That goat cheese toast is a must try. Creamy and delicious! For my entrée I had a spicy pasta with chicken and peanuts. I was not all that hungry, but it was so good I was going to finish it. I ordered a glass of wine to go with my meal. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable without being too funky and the service was great. I wish I would have had some dessert and more drinks, but those winery tours really do tire me out. I think it’s a great place, but do make a reservation, they don’t have a ton of seating.
