Had the best customer service here. Richard rang us up at the register and was very patient with our complicated order. He was also extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. He later stopped by our table with a tray of sauces incase we needed anything. I think Richard needs a raise!

This particular place has HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! After several attempts and MANY MANY order mistakes, I am finally putting my review about it and btw I signed up on Unilocal just to do this…
…since we moved here in Temecula in August my experience with this place is horrible! Orders were always wrong. I was charged for more than what I got. Ordering 12 piece mixed family meal, we get 8 leg and wing pieces. Ordering the double chicken bowl and some of the things are missing (avocados, rice)…YES THEY DO HAVE THESE IN THAT BOWL OR ELSE TAKE YOUR SIGN DOWN!!! After many missing items I finally called and asked for a manager. Spoke to Mario and he says he was going to take care of it and put list my name to replace the items the next time I come back (this was last weeks conversation)… Last night (November 20), I stopped by again to order a family meal and asked for manager Mario in the drive thru and I was totally ignored!!! I paid for my $ 33 dollar order and got home to yet again another screwed up order!
Save your time and go elsewhere!

I hate to write bad reviews but this place is AWFUL. The old location, menu and service was better. And the prices are downright ridiculous, comparable to a sit down establishment. $ 4 for a 3inch across tiny avocado «chicken» taco a la carte? 2 small pieces of chicken and no avocado. Worst fast food Ive ever had, wont be returning here ever. Used to love El pollo loco, but wont go to this one.

I see nothing but negative comments towards this Pollo loco idk what you guys expect it is a fast food restaurant if you want fine dining go to a 5 star restaurant. This place is amazing good food get my order quick. Not expensive at all. I like coming here there always friendly I have no complaints at all.

Went there and both me and my husband for chicken and avocado burritos. The avocado was so hard and not-​ripe you couldn’t bite through it. Disgusting. They had to know when it was cut that it wasn’t suitable for consumption. Won’t be back. Yuk.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Bad, rude, service and dirty restaurant. The salad was rotten and the chips were so stale. They forgot my sauces when I asked twice. This is the absolute worst el pollo loco I’ve ever been to. I will never go here again to this location.

The décor at this place may be a tad better than the old Jefferson location, but the customer service is definitely NOT! I’m pretty disappointed that none of the staff from the Jefferson location made it to this one :(
The Jefferson staff always worked efficiently in getting food out during lunch rush hour… this place, not so much.
I thought that with this location being closer to my home that we would come here more often, but we’re just not really feeling this location anymore.
Regardless, the food is still good… which is why we’ll keep coming back!

Chicken was horrible this time. It was my first visit to this new location and was very disappointed with the food. the chicken waS burnt and verry dry. the tortillas were cold, the salsa was frozen, and the rice had burnt peices of rice all through it. hust a bad experience. Employees were actually very friendly and quick. just the food was yuck

Literally the worst PolloLoco around.
Sketchy staff. No leg and thigh. New carne asada is literally disgusting. With solid fat pieces, chewy meat and funky smell. Chicken was ok.

I’ll never go here again. I went in the store to place an order for a family meal. when I got home, I realized they forgot the Tortillas and dressing for salad. I asked for mixed and got 6 drumsticks and 2 thighs. I called and was told they would replace my order. So they could remember me. I said I’d be in my uniform (in the military). One manager was supposed to leave a note for the next. when I went back I was told they would only give me the Tortillas they forgot. I told the manager I’ll never come back and they lost a customer. The manager did not care. I told them «great way to treat customers and the military»
Say your time and don’t go here. it was also dirty in there and they were throwing the chicken on the grill.

Bedlam, new but management is MIA. The work stations are filthy.
Took forever to get food. One extremely large woman with tats was watching everyone else work. Clients were complaining of incorrect food. Staff was running from register to register complaining there was no money in the drawer. The prep station was filled with dirty pots and utensils. See pic attached. Better to eat at the loco off Marietta hot springs.

Worst El Pollo Loco i’ve ever had! When we got home, my wife’s chicken bowl was missing the chicken and my chicken quesadilla had the shredded burnt stuff that sticks to the grates of your grill in it. NO chicken. The food was terrible. Would’ve drove back to complain, but live too far to waste the gas. Tried calling several times today, and only get busy signals. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Ever since they moved from the Jefferson Ave location, the service has diminished incredibly… and we have tried them several times since the move and they have either changed the menu or they are out of what we ordered.(hello, coleslaw.) how do you do that?

I ordered the two piece chicken with two sides and a drink, it was good, but they gave me some way over cooked chicken that was almost inedible.
Went with a group of friends and we told them several times the cherry coke was out, but they never replenished the syrup for it. We were there for over 2 hours and told them about 5 times combined and nothing ever got done.
I really like this location though as its only a couple months old. It’s very big and very clean.

Well idk what Ivan H. Is talking about because Jefferson is closed so he must delusional. Not going to lie I’ve never eaten here before and my first time I walked in I had amazing customer service. Very proactive. Yes they may have gotten busy which took my order a little while but I’m not complaining due to the employees always checking up on us. Haven’t had that kind of service for a «fast food» restaurant. I recommend trying their chocolate churros as dessert as well!

Well first stop here… And sadly not a good stop the chicken was really dry which happens. The problem that got me was the beans it was all bean juice ! Really? I mean no way to know unless you dig In there so for that not very happy. The place looked empty so they were prompt with the order
If you want good pollo loco just go off to the one on Jefferson they are always great until these guys get it together
