I travel to Tehachapi all the time due to work. I make a stop as often as I can for Pacino’s pizza. The only thing good about New York is there pizza and Pacino’s is dang near close to perfect New York pizza. All though I can only eat half of the pizza it’s all gone before I get home. You guys are awesome love the food and the environment.

Great restaurant with great food, waiters and atmosphere. Their pizza is beyond delicious. I recommend the Dog Day all meat pizza. The owners really care about their customers and quality of their restaurant. Pacino’s is a great Italian restaurant that my wife and friends can’t visit enough. Thanks Pacino’s for giving Tehachapi a great Italian restaurant. Great that they have gift certificates and we love buying them for gifts.

Took the beautiful drive from Bakersfield to Tehachapi is search of this hidden treasure. And let me tell you it was well worth the drive. As soon a we entered we were greeted and quickly sat. Our waiter was wonderful and assisted us with a big beautiful smile the whole time. My appetizer was a bowl of Italian wedding meatball soup and main dish was the frutti di mare while, my husband ordered the trio de Italy. All very well prepared. We will be back.

Love Pacinos! Im Italian and do most of my own cooking because I was spoiled by my mom and grandma. I have to say their sauce and meatballs are the second best around. Mine are #1…

The food is bland. Environment is good which is rare for Tehachapi restaurants. However, this joint desperately needs to find better ingredients for their food. Deep fried raviolis should have some kick right? The margarita pizza is decent –but again– find better quality ingredients please.

I heartily recommend the apple salad, which consisted of a fresh-sliced Granny Smith apple, candied walnuts, Gorgonzola cheese, and dried cranberries on a bed of mixed greens. And it was topped by the BEST balsamic vinaigrette dressing I’ve ever tasted. I don’t spend much time in Tehachapi, but if I’m ever driving through town again this salad will encourage me to stop by this restaurant again — either for this salad, or perhaps to try something else.

I heard this place has an amazing appetizer(bacon wrapped dates stuffed w/blue cheese) so we took a drive up to try it out. They took it off the menu!!! Just my luck to miss it by a couple weeks. The 2nd suggestion was the stuffed mushroom. They were just«ok». And that’s all I can say about that. Service on this day was very slow. Could tell our waiter was feeling overwhelmed(hairline string of sweat beads). Just hope none of them landed in my food! We ordered the lasagna and chicken saltimbocca. My son(who loves Italian) said it was meh. Which means mediocre at best. I had the chicken which was moist and full of flavor. Instead of the baked potato side I ordered fettuccini Alfredo. How do you mess up Alfredo so badly? Ask these guys cause they nailed it! It tasted like the cream they used had curdled. Yuck. Overall, it’s nothing worth making a special trip for. If we were ever in the area again and hungry for pizza, I might come back to try it. It looked good on the surrounding tables. Three stars were given because the A/C was bangin in this place! It’s smoldering hot outside but I was freezing inside!

Amazing service and good selection of food. I love the pizza and lasagna. Last time a girlfriend and I had dinner at Pacinio’s we stayed for 3 hours. Drinking beers, eating appetizers. The food and beers were great but the server was amazing! He was entertaining and fun. Never made us feel rushed.

Just stopped here on the drive through on the 40. We ordered the small pepperoni pizza and a side salad. Pizza was delicious and salad was great as well(their balsamic dressing is delicious). Staff was super attentive and friendly! Highly recommend trying this place out!

Gave this place 3 tries, to start making good Italian food, unfortunately the lasagna is nothing but ricotta no noodles no meat so disappointed. calzones are also just full with ricotta and very little meat that’s unusual. I know the old owner was not very nice but I was hoping that the new ones would make it their own way. Better food would be nice in this area…

The service was good but the pizza was not. The sauce lacked tang. The crust was floppy and lacked any good yeasty flavor. On the bright side, the chocolate cake was very good. Do I think it was made at Pacino’s? Not really. Pull up your socks, Pacino’s. This place dishonors the name of a terrific actor.

Very tasty food, but it does make me sad that it seems like almost every time we go there, they have raised their prices a little or changed the menu… that is an exaggeration, but I do remember when they opened that we were impressed that most meals came with salad, ice cream, and even tea or coffee… But i guess everyone has to raise their prices some time. We had our rehearsal dinner there a few years ago and it was nice. Our favorites are the pizza, the cream sauce or tomato cream sauce pastas, and i think the balsamic dressing is really yummy(though strong). Sometimes we go for the lunch menu, which has better deals, but last time i noticed that we had to specifically ask for it.(Do we sound cheap? maybe we are ;))

Went to dinner with my hubby here last nite for the first time in years. Last visit was horrid. Last nite we had a server who was very nice but not very attentive. Took my order and left without takinging my husbands. Asked another server if they could ask our server to return to finish our order for dinner. She was rather irritated that she had to assist me in locating my server. All dressings were very runny, like they were watered down. I ordered the margueriteville pizza and it wasn’t cooked all the way through. The best flavor in the pizza was the tomatoes. My husband ordered the taste if Italy, was cold in the middle. We had to ask for the bread which you are saposed to be sat with. They were not busy and was confused to the lack of attentive service. My server didn’t return intell we were irritated and ready to leave. She asked how out food was and we told her. She said sorry and walked away. I had to ask another server again if she could ask out server for our check. Needless to say we will not return here. Clean atmosphere, blah food, not the best service.

Had the margarita pizza and it was top notch. The garlic and basil really shown through. I’m sick of what passes for pizza these days. I make my own and this pizza I felt was on par or better than what I make. So good stuff. Waitress was awesome, very polite, and helpful with my kids. They gave us those plastic kids cups with lids and straws that are hard to pull out. Mostly spill proof. They even serve coffee! But I didn’t order so no comment on quality. Speaking of coffee, there’s a Starbucks next door for all those driving through.

Was looking for a good place to eat while in town for a wedding. We had a large group and this place was perfect. We came in around 8 and they closed at 9, I’m sure they didn’t like seeing a large group but they were all very gracious and got our drinks and appetizers out quickly. We ordered a variety of food from soup to calzones. I had a pizza and it very good. We kept joking about the mob owning this place and maybe they do, but is definitely come back of I’m ever in town again.

This was my second visit and was thoroughly impressed… again. The first time I was in with a few co-workers. They have a very comfortable atmosphere with a lot of classic Al Pacino scene photos and murals on the walls. The bread they give you is like a fresh home made pizza dough bread with an amazing marinara. I had a seafood linguini and it was excellent. The second visit I had pene sausinini– I know I probably spelled that wrong but again this dish was excellent. They used a cream/tomato sauce with roasted garlic cloves and spinach mixes in, covered in a layer of sausage. The sausage tasted like what I used to get in Philadelphia. The prices are reasonable, service and food were great.

Fan of Scarface? or even Godfather? Then this place is for you. A great, small Italian restaurant that pays homage to the one-and-only Michael Coreleone or Scarface. Every nook and cranny of this place was decked out in all things Al Pacino. I absolutely loved it! Plus, the food is good. I couldn’t decide what to get so I opted for the Tour of Italy, which consisted of lasagna, fettuccine alfredo and chicken parmigiana. Everything tasted good but I thought the fettuccine was a little bland. And even if all 3 items were«lunch» portions, I didn’t finish my dinner because it was so much food.
