Subway

I have never posted a review about any food I purchased, however there is a first time for everything. I visited this location last Friday and ordered several tuna, foot long sandwiches to go. While my sandwiches were being prepared, I went to look at the chips and drinks. You can imagine my surprise when I opened them at home and discovered that there was only several teaspoons of tuna on my sandwiches. Although I live nearby, I will not be visiting this location again until they learn how to prepare a sandwich. The sandwiches do not even come close to the ones in the print and televised advertisements.

I have gotten food from here before. Most Subway’s are good but this one if a little sketchy. There are lots of homeless people outside, about 5 of them and they blocked my way to get in until I gave them money. Then as I was placing my order they sent one of them in to collect money from each table inside as people were eating. One man sitting with his wife and baby tried to tell the homeless man to leave and the homeless man began to argue with him and use fowl language. The man was so upset at this that he just gave the homeless man a $ 20.00 dollar bill to just go away and leave his family alone. The staff did nothing to prevent this and just let them harass people in their business. Do NOT GO HERE!!! It is unsafe.

I love to order white bread where I take out the bread inside. Avocado onion spinach black olive onion and chipotle sauce toasted with whit egg. Just delicious.

Very friendly … Both ladies working at 9 am were friendly and recognize us right away even though we didn’t go there last few months, well one of the reason was I had two bad experiences in the same location in the evenings … But I am all happy now

Few subways out here understand what I ask for when I order a pizza sub. These guys are used to me ordering it since I live nearby. They got it perfect tonight! They even toasted it with the veggies on. The sub artist was willing to make sure it was toasted to my liking too. Glad I’m within walking distance!

Friendly staff .June 12^th @1:00 Am. One guy and one girl. both of them friendly. Im satisfied .The guy made my salad and it was very good. He seems nice. Thank you guys

I come here almost every other day for my lunch break! Love their service and fresh salads and sandwiches. Abd the serves are super nice

The staff here are very nice. I usually go there at nights, because parking is bad. I’m always greeted with a smile and that makes me go back there even if parking is bad.

The staff is here is always pretty friendly and the service/​quality of food is always right on the mark.

At first this subway was convenient as I work across the street! But after encountering poor service and nasty sandwich made by the «female» employees who not only did not know how to make a sandwich they had attitude and stank faces! After calling and letting them know I got told they woyld replace the sandwhich! I was amazed with the good customer service whwn their was a complaint! Then to go into subway just because SAMMIE worked today & makes great sandwiches the manager PAM was rude & made it seem like two girls just want free food!!! When it was not the case she acted like were lying to get a sandwhich!!! Like really??? I can afford $ 5 they just lost 2CUSTOMERS!!! Subway in tarzana on reseda! I will now drive if I ever want subway again!!! Ugh

Possibly the WORST parking situation I have ever come across… EVER. There is never parking and if you do find a spot chances are you won’t be able to easily get out of this place. It’s Subway so you get the same old Subway sandwiches you can get anywhere. The people are sort of friendly and the location is small and cramped. No bathroom unless you are really nice and ask one of the guys.

The day I went to this subway I got and employee that had an attitude. Why did he have one? I dunno? Maybe he realized that his whole life has let up to that moment… Of making me my f**kin tuna sandwich.
As for the other times I have been here, average.

Staff here is slow and aren’t they supposed to change gloves between making sandwiches? I will go to a further location next time just to avoid the frustration.

Great subway with good service and a friendly staff… yes its small and has a bad parking lot, but I always manage to get in and out efficiently… the nice ladies that work there are what keep me coming back :)

NO BATHROOM yet another subway I walked right out due to not being able to wash my hands prior to eating! Im quickly becoming a bathroom activist! How are you allowed to legally provide a dining area without a restroom?
