They are always very fast and get my order right! I sub out the meat for beans and they take care of me every time! Great customer service as well

This is truly the worst taco bell I have ever been to. They’re rude, they continuously mess up my drive thru orders and they move at a snails pace. I have honestly never written a Unilocal review, but I just left there feeling beyond angry. There are so many people that need jobs on this city that it’s a shame such ungrateful and rude people fill these positions.

The service was quick. However, I am docking stars because of my overall experience with the food. I ordered a Mexican pizza, and they forgot to include the meat. Out of all the Taco Bells, I’ve ever been to, they always have meat on the Mexican pizza. Only plus side is that they are open early in the morning for breakfast, in case you want a drive-​thru without getting breakfast food.

I have to echo a review from a month ago… Order accuracy at this location is absolutely horrible. I always have a problem at this location. I always ask for extra cheese, sauce and onions and never get it even after being charged for the extra cheese.
Tonight I was the only customer to be I. The property and was asked to wait at the drive through. Someone finally took my order and I pulled around to wait unusually long for my three simple items with extra everything. They employees were in there playing throwing ice at at each other instead of working. When they finally handed me my order I could tell it was to light weighing for extra everything so I asked if it was done the way I requested, she asked another employee who apparently said it was. Well you can guess… When I got home there was no extra anything on my three items.
I will stick with the Sherman Oaks location… The staff if friendlier and they always make my order the way I ask for it.

Don’t go here. They spit in your food or at least they threaten to. They will treat you like dirt and the manager is a total bitch. We went back last week and after being told about my food allergies they added double sour cream to my burrito causing me to be sick all night. Tonight they told my wife to wait an hour for their credit card machine to work after they took her order. I will never go back here again even if it means not eating for a night. You’ve been warned.

Order accuracy was not on fleek. Every other time I go here I have a problem so this will be my last time. I’ve been over charged, made to wait longer than necessary and given the wrong item (s) more than once. Use to adore this location 2 years ago… not sure what’s changed… but it isn’t what it use to be. This has been a reality check.

I was on my way to kaiser for my daughter, and went thru the drive thru with my kids today 10/​12/​2015 at 2:03pm. Ordered Volcano Box with two regular tacos, Bean and Cheese Burrito, Ice tea and captain crunch balls. The guy taking the order sounded less than enthused. Got up to the window paid for my food, got my food without a simple hello or thank you gesture. Whatever… Its fast food.
I give the Tacos to my daughter and the Bean and cheese to my 5 year old boy. I hop on the the freeway headed west and not even a second on the freeway, my boy says. «Daddy the burrito tastes yucky.» I thought he was doing his typical complaining. I told him to eat it. He swallowed and than said. «Daddy, it really is yucky» So I grabbed the burrito and bit into it. I spit it out. It tasted rancid. I noticed that there was lettuce in it that looked wilted and the cheese was not melted and hard. There is no lettuce in a bean and cheese burrito. While my daughter’s taco’s were good, my volcano quesadilla was cold. These are normally made to order.
Very upset, I tried calling them. HA HA HA HA what a mistake. I tried ALL DAY to call. From 2:06pm to 3:30, the line was busy. After that the line just rang and rang. I know they can hear it, one time someone picked up the phone and hung it up, another time I got a fax machine sound. Yes i verified the number. It is now 6:56pm and I just got off the phone again with nothing. I guess they don’t care about customers calling. I left a message with corporate. Hopefully they will call me.
FYI: My son has had a stomach ache since about 20 min after he swallowed that bite. He has been in and out of the bathroom. Perhaps my next call will be the health department.
Normally, I would never get so angry. However, the absolute refusal to answer a phone is kinda ridiculous

I don’t know how some people are employed went here before they opened .: I didn’t know that there were closed because the sign said for breakfast 7 or earlier (what does that tell you) that they are open before 7. however that didn’t piss me of as much much as this did There was this girl working there she didn’t even have a decency to even approach me and say that they opened at 7 am she looked at me and just ignored me. No customer service what so ever: but hey maybe that’s the reason to why they work at a fast food place. But I don’t think people like this should even be employed

This Taco Bell has messed up my order twice. I don’t like having to go back after my order was messed up if they got it correct the first time. It’s very messed up when I have to go back to have them fix my order

They are open until 3AM on saturday and making hot food.

This may be the slowest Taco Bell in all of North America. I have been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and havent moved… im the 3^rd car in line… I would go so I can eat at the hotel a dining room. I don’t feel like sitting on a bench next to the homeless on the side of the parking lot and eating my Taco Bell. The staff were indifferent and didn’t even bother to apologize for the wait

Came here on a Fri or Sat night. I ended up with the worst stomachache/​food poisoning I’m not sure what else was weird about the food they prepared. Avoid this taco bell location. Poorly managed.

The worst Taco Bell in the valley 9 out of 10 times they forget something and I have to drive back… Horrible customer service a guy behind me almost broke there window because they didn’t want to serve him but they served me no problem they said there window was closed and dive thru was only open even though he had waited in line… I always try not to go here and drive all the way up to the one by vanowen and Reseda even though it’s further at least I know I don’t have to make a second trip because they forgot or messed up my order. Please hire a better crew

This is a no star review because the restaurant is filthy nasty, has no restrooms and the employees are rude and don’t even acknowledge you. Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the displeasure of stopping at. Do yourself a favor and skip this stop.

Always have issues with order accuracy and doneness of meat products here. Straight up got food poisoning after the second time trying to get my order right. They always manage to screw it up and make me drive all the way back and then give me attitude for their mistakes. I’m done with this Taco Bell, and Taco Bell in general.
I’ll be by tomorrow to get a full refund for this unsanitary, under cooked «food».

Always friendly and get my order right. Also the drive through actually fits a car not like other places that u can’t even fit a bicycle.

Went here with my wife after a late night at work. Tried the new quesoritto… I think that’s how you spell it. I was surprised how good it actually was and would definitely get it again.
Also got the nacho supreme, been burrito, and chicken quesadilla. Overall the rest of the food was just ok… sorta greasy and not the greatest in quality. But don’t expect much for food under $ 10.
Service was speedy, was in and out within five minutes, and they didn’t mess up on our order. Will definitely go back to this location on our next late night cheat day.

Went for the OG Taco and Bean Burrito. Both fell apart and left me with a mess. The GFF faired much better. For $ 6 it was not bad but it will be another 10 years before I come back. This place only outside seating and okay parking.

This is my GO TO Taco Bell. The whole staff is professional and they keep up a good job at making this place clean as possible especially when they seating is outside ONLY!
Never had a problem here. Food is always served hot and fresh. Love love love!

A culinary masterpiece !
Taco Bell is one of those places that one cannot avoid. Whenever my better half and I get into an argument. She comes with Taco Bell as a peace offering. If the food can solve our issues it maybe a breakthrough. To the Middle East conflict. Hmmm, just got an idea to look into franchise in the Mid East. Israel of course not the animals around as that’s dangerous and I want to keep my head.
I did not provide five stars as at times I have to admit there are colon cleansing issues after I devour my 5 various choices for the 4^th meal.
Keep up the good work guys and try to make these tacos look like in the commercial and not sloppy joes.
